Food is always on point, however I am a bit biased (I love Arby's). Would be a little better if they had some music in the dining area, like most restaurants. Employees were arguing over money or something, which we could all hear (very unprofessional). Not that I didn't ring the bell on the way out and I definitely will be back.

So disappointed. The beef was bland and we got a box of curly fries with half tiny burnt pieces. Luckily we don’t eat much anyway but definitely didn’t take it home.

Food and service ate great when the store manager is around but other times not so much. The app sucks, the one food place that only gives you deals after you spend money there, give more deals you'll see more traffic around.

Great job remodeling! What a surprisingly pleasant interior for a fast food restaurant! The industrial chic look with the metal, wood, tile, and muted red booths and chairs makes for an upbeat atmosphere. I got the Deluxe Burger Combo with curly fries which was a good deal because I had a coupon, but if I didn't, I wouldn't be as enthusiastic. The texture of the burger wasn't the kind I prefer as it was kind of tough because of overprocessing, but the overall burger experience was good, and I liked that they grilled the bun (although I've had better buns). Was glad they offer curly fries as an alternative to the regular fries, and without any upcharge, but they needed to be hotter and less limp. Their minimal packaging is a plus too. Their gyros still remain my favorite meal there and I usually order it to-go, but having experienced the pleasing atmosphere, I'm inclined to eat-in and maybe stay for a dessert shake as people at the next table seemed to be enjoying theirs.
