Burger King burgers are actually my favorite because of how they are fixed. I went to this particular Burger King because it's close to me. I've had better service at other locations. I wanted to order a whopper and a meal deal. When I asked what the meal deal included, they had a hard time explaining what was in it. I will keep going back to that location because it's close but they need to do better with their service and quality.

Burger King is the only fast food I go to. The last three times my friend and I went inside to order we had to wait 5:00 to 9 minutes for someone to greet us at the counter. We saw employees in the background just talking to each other.

Ordered a croissant meal with nothing in it. Ask for manager and she said said she was the manager she kept my receipt but no meal in return. Bad experience. I will contact corporate.

Employee didn’t bother to say hello. Was given cold burgers, stale buns, old and cold French fries. There no customers and the restaurant was dirty and had a foul smell. Very sad.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to be served by a staff member named Yolanda. This establishment will not get a zero because that would impact the remaining staff who actually want to work at this BK. Yolanda needs customer service training so that this BK will not receive a bad reputation due to her poor skillset. I wanted a whopper, a beef whopper; however, a #3 was ordered. When I called back to get information, Yolanda said that people usually know what they want. I expressed that I was not interested in what others do, as I called to rectify this experience. After a very heavy sigh, she then said that she could take my name and I could get a replacement. See, she could’ve started there rather than debating the behaviors of other customers. Someone please train Yolanda, so that she can have a better attitude towards customer who want information that she has. FYI the sandwich was not eaten by me or my dog (it looked underwhelming).

I ordered the Shroom and Swiss melt. The bread wasn't toasted or grilled. Sandwich was OK but not great. One star for atmosphere since I was in the drive thru.
