4th time in a row order completely screwed up. Cooks apparently unable to read English. I've been standing there during preparation and they screwed all 4 double hamburgers. Wanted ZERO CHEESE. ALL 4 HAD DOUBLE CHEESE. Managers did NOT confirm the order before bagging. I asked No cheese. She said yes. WRONG ANSWER. This last time sealed it. 2 original chicken sandwiches. Added bacon, cheese, tomatoes. No tomatoes. Or bacon. Or cheese. Requested NO lettuce. BOTH had lettuce. Overcooked chicken. Both orders onion rings LITERALLY hard as rocks. Completely inedible. The only item that was correct was 2 large Dr. Pepper no ice. Straws missing. This location will NEVER reciev my business again. Going to try the new BK on Olive west of 111th near the QT. Barely further distance.

Just went to this Burger King for a whopper and onion rings, was greeted immediately, staff was friendly, most people order fries so they made a fresh batch of rings for me, hot, crisp and the whopper was excellent!! I will definitely go back there, you should too!! J
