I should have read the reviews before I got my cold burgers tonight. I don't know why I keep giving Burger King a chance ?

I came to this location around 5:30 pm. When I ordered, I ask for a potato bun and explained that it was important because I am allergic to Sesame Seeds. The young lady at the register seemed new so even though she moved slowly and needed me to repeat things several times, I gave her grace. When I got my order I immediately checked and it was a potato bun. But when I got home and began eating my mouth began tingling. I checked AND THERE WERE SESAME SEEDS UNDER THE BUN! HOW FREAKING EVIL CAN YOU BE! I have taken two Benadryl and still having difficulty breathing! Thank you for a freaking trip to the ER!

The food tastes like they warmed it up from the day before. I got a big fish meal that was more like a kid size meal fish. The fish also was very hard and over cooked around the edges. It was a group order and everyone else was also discussed with their meals.

Manager Carrie was very helpful even though she was training the staff she still was very accommodating and helpful after my bag full of food fell and the fries went everywhere. She was going to upgrade my fries to a large when I had just ordered smallI fully understand how frustrating it can be training and serving customers.Thank you Carrie

Around 4pm 10/18/23 I went thru the drive thru I did not receive a receipt therefore I could not go back thru and request my missing item that was not discovered till I got home. I ordered a #1 small meal, and a regular chicken wrap snack. No wrap was received It was not busy in the drive thru, no reason to forget my wrap. So lost out on $3.
