We went through the drive thru today around 12:19 pm I kept telling the woman who took my order that I had a coupon Cluck Chicken for 2 meal for $8.00. she kept telling me she couldn't hear me .I kept telling her what the coupon said even the code on the coupon. She kept asking me what chicken sandwich because there are 4 chicken sandwiches I kept saying Cluck from the coupon .when I got to the window she said with an attitude your really making my job hard today. . I also didn't receive my Receipt.

NEVER AGAIN Greg was super rude!!!! Went to drive-through around 4:30 in the afternoon asked for No sauce on my burger and there was sauce so i came back to drive-through to ask for a refund and greg denied my refund. Very bad experience overall.

Every time I come here they get the order wrong. I always have to check the bag if I do a mobile app order. There were two burgers missing and then there were three French toast sticks missing from a 6 piece. I even got in my order someone else's breakfast sandwich. Sloppy and slow service. I threw the tacos away, they looked old and not fresh

Stopped in this location today for an early lunch. Tried the Bonus Jack Double Combo. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be getting it again before it goes away. Wanted to give a shoutout to the crew that were working as they were all busy, but specifically Zulma and Yuli. These two ladies were super busy and friendly! Once the “rush” that I was apart of died down for a minute, one lady checked the cleanliness of both restrooms, while the other mopped the dining area floor. By that time more patrons were ready for their orders to be taken and on they went… It was obvious to me they work like a well oiled machine, and took a lot of pride in their job. Appreciate you ladies!

Service is great. But don't order chicken anything. It's always so rubbery you can't even bite it to chew. I've gone there only 3 times over a 6 month period, and got rubber chicken every time.
How do any place advertise an Open & Close time 2am and not serve a customer with a Jack In Box urge at 12:15am! I got out of bed drove out of my way only to be told he is only do App Orders! Very upset. Ended up at McD... Jack that is really terrible service to your drive up customer.

Went through drive thru The gal who took my order seemed nice, pulled up to the window, she was friendly. Handed me my order that served me old, stale, cold curly fries. I wasn't going to, but i ended up walking in, I mentioned to the gal that the fries were old, cold, and stale. She said that was not my fault.That's what the girl in the back handed her. .? But they were able to accommodate and made me a fresh batch of curly fries. But I saw them serve the old stale fries to other customers in the drivethru .While they were making a fresh new batch. I dont understand.

My personal experience has been walking up to an unmanned cer. I don't know if it due to a lack of adequate staff, language barrier, or that they have to do the walk in, app, drive thru, and door dash orders. They sometimes had food already prepared, so it was not fresh. The Jumbo Jack burgers get smaller and smaller, and Flat. I don't know what type of lettuce they use that is wilted as soon as it's put on the burger. Also they use tiny little Roma tomato slices. I don't see any extra effort to do a ggod job. They have cut down on specials and coupons.
