I ordered (to go) the 2 piece dinner. I asked for cole slaw - got mashed potatoes, with almost no gravy. The bisquit was very small and so hard it wouldn't even soften in the microwave. They were not busy at all so there was no excuse. Won't be back for a good while.

For $16 I got ripped off. 5 piece tenders and they were as long as the fries. Picture shows a different type of tender.

They nailed it today. Chicken was hot, fresh, juicy and crispy. Mac and cheese was on point. The biscuits, these were the best biscuits I've ever had. I went absolutely hog wild and ate way more then I should have but everything was just soo good. Shame the surprise location is such a shizzhole, but this location is a 10 outta 10

Good food. Fast service. Used the drive-thru. Did not receive plasticware, so had to go back inside to grab some. Other than that, all good.
not gonna lie we got our order pretty fast and the food was good but when i tell you the cashier Jessica upfront was horrible . Every single thing i said she gave a dirty look and at that point i didn’t even want to ask for anything else . i sat down to eat and i observed how she treated the rest of the customers and it seems that every single customer she had a issue with she would just run to the manager to handle it . please if your working in customer service and the only thing you do is cashier learn how to atleast do a good job at it .

The drive thru is tricky. If you are driving a large vehicle I would recommend parking and ordering to go. They have improved they service since my last visit, but I still had to ask for a spork after checking the bag.
