The food was quality but a little bland with the tacos I got. The environment was clean and comfortable. I would go back and explore the menu more.

The first time I went, everything was very fresh, ok. But not impressed.
This time I ordered completely different.
Carrots were nice and spicy.
Green salsa and red mild salsa both very good and fresh.
Bean tostada was on par.
Chile relano was very good.
I'd go back again. Would I travel for it? No. But if I'm in the area would I be happy with the suggestion. Yes.

Best fish taco very delicious. Nice choice of salsa and the mild salsa was perfect! Seasoning was excellent. I did not have to add any salt, seasoned and very delicious as served. Please don’t change a thing. Service was excellent and food is great!
We were all in the mood for Mexican and decided to check out Master Taco. Best decision we’ve made in 2025. We were greeted by Heraldo, who was making fresh guacamole. He quickly took our order and helped us out a ton with providing information and catering to our requests. The food came out hotter than Jessica Alba in Sin City and I can honestly say, we were not prepared for the portions. Three rolled tacos smothered in guacamole and cheese, a massive quesadilla, and a handful of chips had me tapped out. The kids couldn’t even finish their meals, but magically had room for dessert. They loved the fresh churro sundaes and insisted we come back again. Thank you for a wonderful Master Taco experience Heraldo!

Great tasting food & service. Taco Tuesdays are superb! Best deal in the valley. Also, grilled chicken salad is great, also.
I recently posted the above review, but since then, I've had a couple of issues. The cut dices tomatoes served with my meals have had a bitter rancid taste to them as if they were spoiled. The 2nd issue was the taste of the tortilla/sauce/cheese in my enchiladas. I never tasted & smelled something like this which had a rancid taste to it. The meat inside was good, but whatever the cause, it made me gag. I disassemble my enchiladas to salvage the meat. I tossed out the warm sour cream bc it didn't taste real. The chopped tomatoes on the side, again were rancid tasting. Not sure ignites an oil or something not right. My husband's order smelled the same, rancid. But he had a red chili vs. I had a green sauce. Lastly, a few times in the evening we have noticed a white foam on top of the red pico de gallo at the salsa bar. As a certified former food handler manager, those white frothing bubbles is typically not a good sign. I've only seen it occur there twice in the past month & have avoided scooping up that foam which can be caused by several things, but not worth taking the risk. My family once owned multiple Mexican food restaurants in the valley & still do have a several still operating. I know the difficulties of owning restaurants first hand as a family member. The employees really seem to care & arecr54z4 friendly. I had their basic bean tostada for the first time & it was huge & tasty. I was told that they use mozzarella cheese & not cheddar which I miss on my food. Their grilled n chicken salad is great tasting & always fresh. The mozzarella chose compliments the salad perfectly.

The beans were delicious but the Chile Relleno was not. Instead of a whole chile inside it's strips of chile embedded in a thick egg dough. Felt like eating a doughy egg omelet. No sauce. I've never had a relleno like this.....
