Leslie made my mcdonald’s experience so amazing, she asked me if i needed more condiments or napkins. She was so nice. Most definitely going back to this mcdonald’s!
McDonald’s is McDonald’s. Except for the ones that you sometimes see inside a Walmart, for instance. Whenever I’ve eaten something from the McDonald’s that’s inside the Walmart in Surprise, at the Surprise Towne Center, just off West Bell Road, a Chicken Sandwich, for example, yeah, that’s a good sample: the chicken sandwiches from that McDonald’s (inside the Walmart, as opposed to a free-standing one) are just slathered with way too much mayonnaise, as well as obviously having been microwaved (as opposed to made fresh when you order it); that is awful! Never, never, never. In fact, after having one of those McChicken sandwiches that have too much mayonnaise and were microwaved, having been made hours earlier and just laying there, in the rack, until someone orders one, I then think to myself “ugh; well, typical McDonald’s for you! I’m not going to eat at McDonald’s anymore! But months later I may have a cheeseburger from a different McDonald’s and it won’t have too much mayonnaise, or whatever and so l realize that it’s not McDonald’s in general, no, just the ones that are inside other, bigger institutions.

Ordered 2 meals and an extra fry. I did not get the extra fry, I wasn't charged but had to order again. I had to ask for cups for my drinks. Petty stuff but expect better.

Worst McDonalds experience ever. I have never been yelled at this badly by a customer service employee. If I could rate service 0 stars, I would. The lady taking drive thru orders on Monday, November 04 at 7:00 pm. All we did was ask if we could just buy the toy, not a happy meal. I know that this is possible, because 7 other McDonalds allowed this. After being told we have to buy a happy meal, we did and received our toy. We asked the lady handing us the food if we were able to buy a toy, and she said she would go check for us. The first lady, the one taking our order, ran from the front, TO OUR CAR, and screamed at us. She screamed, “I TOLD YOU THAT YOU CANT BUY A TOY. YOU HAVE TO BUY A HAPPY MEAL. GIVE US THE BOX GIVE US THE BOX DO YOU WANT TO BUY A HAPPY MEAL“ She yelled this multiple times, causing a scene. There is no reason to be this upset over a happy meal. I did not mind buying another one. This whole experience was disappointing. Im disappointed.

Whoever the manger today was at this exact location was HORRIBLE. watching her speak to the elderly in a disgusting way when all the customer was doing was working for her change and the Manager decided to respond in a unprofessional way asking her what's the problem? Made me bite my tongue today. Although I have contacted corporate in a professional manner as well, than give this woman a scene to NOT embaress her , should hopefully get some training in customer service. Not only employees need trainings at work sites, Management need them as well. Shame on you!!! to the Manager at this location . YOU are the reason for poor management. Do better.

Today at 5:20pm a couple of angry Karen's walked in and gave this female cashier with braids the hardest time. She kept it together and was absolutely spot on with everything. What a wonderful worker! I hope those ladies have some karma cause she was doing a great job.
