We picked up our Pizzas. The cashier opened the box to show us a nice looking pizza. Unfortunately, for the third time, on different orders, pizza was missing the mushrooms . The cashier was snarky with us because we wanted a redo on the pizza. Her offer was to cook some mushrooms and add them to the already cooked pizza. If it hadn't been the third time I might not have said anything. However 3 x's in a row. COME ON PIZZA HUT! YOU ARE BETTER THAN THIS.

This was absolutely the worst experience from a Pizza Hut restaurant. I was barely acknowledged when I walked in the door, completely ignored by different employees. Ordered extra mushrooms didn’t get them, ordered double pepperoni didn’t get it. A complete waste of money.

Both my pizzas were too done. They were so dry and the pepperoni was even burnt around the edges we couldn't eat eat. Terrible!!!

Food delivered was not hot nor warm. Cheese solidified. Chicken wings room temperature. With an $11.00 delivery fee and tip, I expected better from Pizza Hut. At these temperatures, we’re fortunate not to have gotten food-related illnesses. Never again.

"My Hut Box" included a personal pan pizza with 2 toppings and 4 Wing Street wings. I was surprised the pizza wasn't greasy and at how tasty it was. I ordered the wings with barbecue sauce and they were lip smacking with a nice crisp skin before the sauce was applied. I thought the price was fair (bec. of the coupon) and I was pleased with the flavors, but disappointed that one wing out of the four was nothing more than some tiny part of a wing (see circled piece in picture) so they need to up the quality control and customers should check the box before leaving lest they be disappointed like I was! It's nice they have a few tables available for dine in but it's definitely meant to be a pick up and go place since other than the cheery mural, there certainly is little ambiance.

If I could give this visit 0 stars I would. The first pizza was soggy and undercooked and the second pizza was not as ordered. The only compensation they would give when I called to complain was a credit on my account....credit will not do me any good as I do not plan on ordering from Pizza Hut again.

With the last 2 orders that I have had pizza delivered to the house has been so unprofessional. I have never told them I wanted no contact delivery. The last 2 times the door dash people have left our orders on the ground and walked off. Sorry I am not a dog. I want my orders handed to me at the door. Ring the door Bell and hand my food to me. I tip these drivers very well because of the economy and then they treat you like an animal. Here is your food on the ground eat it.
I ordered my grandson favorite Hawaiian pizza, ham and pineapple pizza during the busiest time of the day! Football game going on but guess what? My pizza was ready to go faster than expected! I was like what hot and ready! I waited only 1 minute! Yep and I arrived early. The cashier was a sweetheart and complimented me as I was paying for the pizza. We enjoyed the pizza and so did the rest of the family.Pizza Hut always has amazing yummy tasty pizza!
