I just stood there for 20 min in an empty restaurant while 2 guys took forever to order, added to their order, asked questions about every item, tried to select each piece of chicken (no not that one) while the only cashier for inside packs orders, does not address you waiting or beg your patience, does not acknowledge your presence, does not call another cashier, and not a single order was picked up inside, not anyone else waited on, not even deliveries.Yet there I stood for what seemed like an eternity. Finally I announced I was leaving, that life is too short. Not a word. Not an apology for the wait, not please stay we'll make this right. Nothing. Don't eat here. They dint care

I think I have food poisoning from this Popeyes after getting food today. I feel very sick and awful after eating food from here today. My order was also wrong, I ordered online and went to pick it up, so how could you mess up a printed out ticket order that tells you exactly what to give the customer??? I ordered a 3 piece classic tender combo and got a freebie chicken sandwich, first of all they gave me a 4pc spicy tenders, which i could not eat as i have a sensitivity to spice and the chicken sandwich just tasted awful and it was soggy, and the mayo had this gross and weird texture, I'm not even sure if it was mayo.🤢 I only took two bites and couldn't stomach it anymore and just tossed it in the trash. They forgot my ranch even though i asked for it like 5 times. The guy at the window had a very bad attitude and got upset when i told him i got a large drink with my meal, like its not that hard to pour a drink into a cup with ice and say have a good day. I regret every going here and spending my money. If you want food poisoning,the wrong order, aswell as bad customer service; you found the perfect place!
I got the chicken strips. They were more like chicken shavings lol. I'm amazed by how thin the actual chicken was. I literally could taste the chicken, just the breading. Why is everyone so tight with chicken?

This location used to be good but recently, in the last 3 months, I’ve noticed new employees who have brought this place down. I’ve seen an employee fixing herself food while working and another male worker throwing out the trash without gloves then going right back inside behind the counter touching food. The workers here are not being sanitary which caused me to return my food and get a refund. Needless to say I definitely won’t be back to this location.

So I live in Glendale and I decided to skip past the Popeyes in Glendale because of the reviews and try this one and I should've just went to KFC. I only got the 12p chicken half and half and I should've took it back all the wings and drum sticks were all old and dried out I couldn't even eat them they were so small and dried out I threw them away I was so pissed off because the whole 12 piece was trash. Heck if they keep that mess up they will be out of business. I never had this experience at a Popeyes from where I'm from but for some odd reason Az. Popeyes are prone to giving you old dried out chicken. That's not what I'm paying people. Popeyes please get it together. I will not be back for awhile if ever I don't have money to throw in the trash

i picked up an uber eats order from this location and the person working on the online delivery orders took literally 30 minutes after starting to bag up my order . terrible service and wait time
