They will make every single kind of order before delivery orders. If the delivery has been in the system for 10 or 20 minutes, they don't care, they will proceed to make all the drive-through orders first. Orders should be made as they come in so delivery drivers and order a head customers aren't waiting for over 15 minutes.

This is the best Starbucks bar none! Zee and the gang are AMAZING and I've never had a bad coffee here. Check it out if you don't believe me. But beware of the drive thru line of cars frequently across the way into the parking area. And a shout out to Starbucks for giving this vegetarian a breakfast sandwich. 🙏

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever seen. Every time I order here I end up late to work expect them to be 20 minutes behind all the time. On top of it they made more order wrong and it’s so gross I can’t drink it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m a mobile healthcare worker and stopped at this location while training a colleague, just looking for a quiet place to sit and chart. The café was nearly empty—only one or two other people were there—and we were sitting quietly, not disturbing anyone. However, we were asked to leave because we hadn’t ordered anything. I’ve worked in many Starbucks locations and have never had this issue before. If this is a new policy, it should be applied consistently across all stores. I was very disappointed, but chose to remain professional and leave without making a scene. There are plenty of other nearby Starbucks that are more welcoming—I recommend visiting one of those instead.

Love my iced shaken Expresso with heavy cream instead of 2% and the carmel ribbon crunch The shaken expresso just expresso and cream 1 pump of classic so enjoyable
I asked for a cup of hot water and was told no. I then ordered a hot tea and requested the tea bag on the side, but the barista refused even though I was paying for the tea. I also bought a sandwich, so this wasn’t about trying to get free water without buying anything. Poor customer service and zero flexibility over a very simple request.

I’ve been going to this location for years now because they don’t ever make mistakes no matter what…it’s phenomenal. Every single person that works there has the most amazing attitudes and are so kind. This will forever be my favorite Starbucks location, even if I move far away.
