I’ve been coming to this location more often but every time I order a dark roast mobile they always give me a blonde or pike. Ladies I can tell the taste is different…. I’ve been drinking dark roast for years. I guess I need to find another location or I might go to the new Dunkin’ donut location ?♂️

Why is your lobby closed for door dashers on a friday at 6pm. Waiting 6 cars behind when i have a scheduled time to pick up is not what the customer experience is. Waiting in line for 15 mins for a 5$ order.

I did a mobile order at 10:28 and it was supposed to be ready by 10:35 and it’s 10:44 and I’m still waiting on my food which others have came inside and ordered after me and left already. I come here everyday but not after

I love the Starbucks!! No matter who is working I can get my drinks so fast!! Compared to the other Starbucks it's literally on the corner and across the street from this Starbucks, I do not get rude customer service, talk back to, or have their eyes rolled at me, like the other one. The one in Fry's grocery store off of 107th Avenue and Grand is amazing!! I will continue to go to this Starbucks and not the standing Starbucks off of 107th Avenue and Grand. I would rather get down and go pick up my drink, and it's always ready before I even get there. Thank you for such an amazing customer service!♥️
