Slow service, got our order wrong. Trash can overflowing
I usually come to this location about every two weeks and have never had an issue until today. This morning, the older woman working the drive-through seemed very rushed and snappy while I was ordering, as if I was an inconvenience. That was surprising since I typically have a younger barista who is always patient, friendly, and even suggests new items.
When I pulled up to the window, I wasn’t greeted at all—not even a quick “one moment please.” I waited about two minutes before she came to the window. She set the card reader on the counter and told me I could move it closer if I needed, which forced me to actually step out of my car just to pay. Normally, the barista leans out and meets customers halfway with the reader, making it a smooth and easy process.
This was such a different experience from what I’m used to at this location, and I wanted to share this feedback since I usually receive excellent service here.

This location is my favorite there drinks are 99.9% of the time perfect I go out of my way to come to this location because the flat whites, lattes, shaken espressos and chai teas are so good , thanks to the baristas making delicious drinks

We love going to this new(er) location. Its a beauty, also for some reason it always seems to have less of a line/wait time than other starbs locations? Maybe thats just my limited perspective, but we live pretty close and their line never seems to be too backed up. Standard quality/consistency that you'd expect from a starbucks etc, nice location
