Thank you for your great customer. I was there for a quick business trip to Arizona yesterday. I pop into Starbucks daily and this location gives the best customer service I've seen in awhile. My daughter and I thank you for the great service and drinks.

They have just recently got too expensive with the price raises. They said we want to give employees a raise and redo some stores.Huh? Lol.
Also the point system is dumb. 200 points to get another drink. That's over 20 purchses at full price. Nope!

Ample parking. Clean bathroom. Placed mobile app order. No greeting from the cashier but I still gave her a big smile. Plenty of seating available.

Customer service this morning in the drive-through was nonexistent. I pulled up and the blue eyed beauty had her gun hanging out the window already to scan my app. Not a good morning nothing. She handed my drink to me and didn’t say a word. I hesitated wondering if I should stay or pull away. It left a sour taste in my mouth and wasn’t a pleasant start to my morning.

I'd give this negative 10 stars if possible-Service is AWFUL at this location! on 7/15/24, i had the misfortune of deciding to get drive through-big mistake. I am hemiplegic, i cannot use my left hand-so i politely asked them to spread my avocado spread on my bagel, they declined and refused to assist with this simple, not so inconvenient request. After i was told "no, we don't do that" i replied, "ok, thank you", the guy asked "so did you still want it?" i replied "no, I'll go elsewhere where they can fulfill my order. " and drove away.So stunned and disappointing to learn that Starbucks doesn't value me as a person nor value kindness or Humanity, opposite of what i stand for. It cost literally nothing for 2 minutes, and i can assure you no trouble would ever come of helping a handicap customer. They are NOT disability/handicap friendly-go to a coffee shop that is kind enough to help, especially when in the last 3 months alone you have spent $475 on their business. I will be contacting corporate office, as well as ADA to make this incident known.

Five-star Starbucks
Let me first say, I am actually not even a "Starbucks person" haha. But this location is great. Even when they're busy with 10 cars in the drive through, the line stays moving. Their staff is awesome. Specifically Isaiah and the woman that works the morning shift weekdays. I am sure the others are great as well I just seem to always get these two. Isaiah is awesome. The pretty lady(Sorry I cant recall her name) Is so nice and she remembers what I get even if I randomly do not come by for a month or so. She knows I always want a water and gives me one without me asking haha. I love it. The only Starbucks I go to. Keep it up. 5/5

Order a mobile order online, young lady working the drive thru register didn’t greet. When I drove up to the window she pretty much throw the bakery item I had ordered out the window. Store was not busy no one in line and 2 cars outside. A nice hello or thank you would have been nice! Customer service needs to be a little better.

Worst customer service ever. I usually swing by this place on my way to work and just experience the rudest barista ever. The manager who is normally very friendly, asked what happened but after explaining he didn’t seem to care. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this location.

Coffee is bitter, no fan of Starbucks. Pricing rediculous. I an originally from Seattle, like Seattle's Best much better.

I really want to like this place more than I do since it's my local Starbucks, but I have never not had a problem of one kind or another whether it's not giving me the stars or the discount for bringing my own cup to actually charging me for a cup that they assumed I just took off the shelf, to giving me the wrong summer drink (specified one with the coconut milk but got the one without). It really is exhausting to have to keep correcting the errors. Is the problem that they are trying to listen to me while also listening to something via their headphones? Maybe.When I asked for more info about the new drinks that Starbucks advertised via their email, there were no pictures posted in the store and I had to explain them and eventually show the pics. My friend told me she had the same problem during her visit. Inadequate signage is probably Corporate's fault, but local manager can help by chalkboarding new drinks, etc. Also, make the size choices clear. The names are confusing enough but when the ounces differ according to whether or not it's a hot or cold drink, that needs to be spelled out. Much time is taken up by baristas having to explain things that customers could answer themselves with proper signage.They also took away the beloved little corner bookshelf where our community exchanged books. It didn't take up much room and was always fun to look through, esp. if visiting with a child since children always seemed to delight in finding something new there.The outside seating area is lovely. It's framed by trees and has a some comfy bucket seats rather than just the usual cafe chairs, but the noise from the traffic makes it hard to really relax. Maybe a sound barrier wall would help.With a little more care this location has the potential for being a true community hub and I really hope they can make it so.
