The lady who is always in normal cloths and take payments is so unprofessional, I don’t know how she even works there. She uses the name gloves she uses to touch money and everything else along with touching peoples orders.Now apparently this subway does not take coupons, do not go here I do not recommend at all.

I ordered online and went to pick up my food. It said my food was ready at 5:10 pm. They were packed with people so I asked the employee if my online order was ready and he said no. I showed him on my phone that the app said my food was ready and he said he can guarantee it is not done. So I waited and 20 minutes passed. They were still making sandwiches for the walk in customers, so I asked for a refund and they claimed that they could not give me a refund. So I had to call my bank just to get my money back and when I asked for my receipt they couldn't even find it, walked off and I had to call the other employee over to find my receipt because the lady just said she couldn't find it and walked off. This location is very poor in quality of service. Don't order online here, they might not even make your food. And when you want a refund they'll refuse to.

We went to the closest Subway after a doctors appointment and were planning on using coupons and held them up asked questions about the sub and not until the sandwiches were made were we told we don't take coupons! Were disabled, on fixed incomes paid $30.40 for 2 subs which forced us to us our medication money. Coupons would have saved us half. A BIG SIGN SAYING WE REFUSE SUBWAY COUPONS needs to be put on your door! We will not be returning to this location.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It is honestly just so unacceptable the way the employees act and the fact that I and so many people have had their coupons denied. I’m going to call not only the manager but HR and then higher up than that. I’ve just had it. I’ve been in retail for over ten years and no employees or managers should be acting like this in 2024. It is a very big deal for me and millions of others spending our money on any kind of fast food and I like many others had coupons that should have worked. The attitude from the employees was literally abusive. I am just appalled at this experience and I NEVER write bad reviews so you know it’s bad when I do. Everyone who has had a similar experience here, complain. You shouldn’t have to accept this.

It's subway.. the service is okay, food is sub par, but this places atmosphere... I feel sorry for the employees of this location. The owner was a flat out rude, inconsiderate, no customer service, shouldn't be customer facing person... let alone I apologized to the employee for having to deal with her. It's bad even for subway standards

They don't accept coupons and then act like they can't honor the Subway rewards due to "bad internet." I've gone to thos location 3 tones, 2 of 3 times were a horrible experience.Today, 1-10 when I left the older Hispanic female worker said, "byeeeee" in a rude voice.There's a location at 83rd and Thunderbird. It's not to far of a drive and I highly suggest it. They accept coupons and never treat people rudely. They are welcoming and honor Subways promotions.

I would give no stars … this location is so cheap they don’t accept coupons, they skimp you on meat, and when I asked for the meal deal she rang everything up separate. I told her to do it as a meal deal it’s a little cheaper and she refused. Then asked if I can split the total on two cards and she said yea but then the full total went through on 1st card .Poor customer service and they took forever.I will NEVER go back

I got a salad and do not like the new salads. I liked the salads that they chopped up the lettuce and spinach etc.Now, they make one klup of meat, very little lettuce, tomatoes etc.Will not go to Subway anymore.
