Literally disgusting! And AWFUL customer service. I ordered a burrito and every bite had HARD rice in it, every bite, like really how do you mess up rice!?! And I got a side of nacho cheese sauce and it had CHUNKS of gross idk what in it. It was DISGUSTING. So I call to ask for a refund, and they said I have to come back that day with the food! I said I’m not going back out to waste more of my gas and time because of a mistake you guys made. I said can I stop by another day to get my refund? “No it has to be today, with the food” like are you serious?? There no reason I shouldn’t be able to stop by another day while I’m out again, mind you my total was only $5! Literally insane how unreasonable and rude they were. I will never return. They lost future sales from me over $5, way to go, so smart of them👍🏼

I recently ordered the $7 box meal and during my time eating the food, when I got halfway bitten I to my burrito I had a sharp piercing pain in the roof of my mouth, followed by blood coming out, to find there was a sliver of glass in my burrito that had punctured the roof of my mouth, leading to severe pain and lots of bleeding. I have reached out to their customer service to still be waiting for a response nearly a week later. I think the fact I nearly swallowed glass which could have killed me, they would be urgent to respond. This issue I encountered will reassure me to never return to this location, loosing my forever trust and business. I do not recommend anyone going here, due to this issue and many others they have here. I do apologize for the graphic photo of my mouth but it's to show the hole punctured into the roof of my mouth after I cleaned it up and spent over an hour bleeding. I feel this glass shard seems to be a lot like a phone screen or glass screen protector piece that must of broken off of an employees phone, and seems likely as they have many employees always using their phones around the food, likely leading to this piece finding its way into my food. I urge corporate to respond to my email ASAP as this is not something anyone should have experienced ever eating at Taco Bell.

i’ve had a bad experience in the past due to poor consumer service but decided to give the bell another chance. I went through the drive thru around 12 pm and Allison was super sweet and patient, definitely gave me a new perspective on this location.

So found weave in my food. I called to express my frustration. Abraham hung up on me. Didn't say anything rude. Just didn't want to talk I guess... Tried to call back (several times) lets it go to vmail

I arrived at 308pm and walked out at 342pm, this was just placing a to go order with one customer in front of me. Friday, Halloween, and there were only 3 people working. The person in front of me ordered and then the girl started taking my order. She then said she would be right back and went over to take care or drive thru. Apparently drive thru is more important then walking. Two customers later, she finally came back and finished taking my order, 2 items and a Refresca drink. She then went back to drive thru. My food came out and I am still stuck waiting for my drink because drive thru is more important. I finally got my drink and she gave me a coupon for a free taco (I don't eat tacos) and went back to, you guessed it, drive thru. I get home and open my food and it is incorrect. I ordered an Enchirito with sour cream and cheese, which I was charged for. I got the cheese but did not get the sour cream. I do not eat fast food that often but every now and then I will treat myself. This it the first time I have had a bad experience here.

Usually order inside and the employees get it right every time. I feel like the people who order at drive thru must rage bait the employees or something to mess their orders up with quality

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at Taco Bell. The drive-thru staff rushed me through my order and didn’t take the time to explain any options. I ordered a single chalupa, which I later realized costs only about 10 cents less than the deluxe box that comes with more food. It would have been excellent customer service if the employee had suggested that instead of trying to rush me along. I left feeling like they cared more about speed than the customer’s experience.

Sloppy food prep. Food all over the outside of the pintos and cheese and water inside the crunchy taco. Lettuce was all wet and taco shell was soggy. Not the first time food has been given like this. Was already home when I noticed this
