i’ve had a bad experience in the past due to poor consumer service but decided to give the bell another chance. I went through the drive thru around 12 pm and Allison was super sweet and patient, definitely gave me a new perspective on this location.
I arrived at 308pm and walked out at 342pm, this was just placing a to go order with one customer in front of me. Friday, Halloween, and there were only 3 people working. The person in front of me ordered and then the girl started taking my order. She then said she would be right back and went over to take care or drive thru. Apparently drive thru is more important then walking. Two customers later, she finally came back and finished taking my order, 2 items and a Refresca drink....
Usually order inside and the employees get it right every time. I feel like the people who order at drive thru must rage bait the employees or something to mess their orders up with quality
