My experience at this Burger King location was great. I was stranded for about an hour and in that time, I ordered a few items. I had a survey completed for a free whopper and when the crew was unsure how to comp the item, they went above and beyond to figure it out. I especially appreciate the efforts of Faith, Liza, and Eileen.

I came into the restaurant about noon-ish. I ordered my food from the newly installed kiosk for dine-in. It was moderately busy. I waited upwards of 15+ minutes. Approximately 3 counter orders before mine, 3 counter orders after mine, and 4 or 5 drive thru orders were passed out before mine. When I received my order (that was ordered for dine-in) it was stuffed in a bag and handed to me. I substituted the French fries for onion rings and there were not warm at all. For the amount of time I waited for my food, I expected a better temperature (a.k.a. fresher)for my onion rings. My burger was as I expected.

The estimate I provided on orders that were handed out before I received mine is a conservative estimate. It’s not that difficult to track the orders that get filled, the fulfillment tickets are put up under a bar on the heated landing zone for the sandwiches. As orders are handed out the tickets are put with the order.

I sat at the drive-through with a line full of cars in front of me by the time I finally made it to the ordering screen. I sat there for an additional 10 minutes with no one answering so I pull through and ask if it was broken, and the lady laughs in my face, then asks what I would like to order And I told her I was no longer interested. I was starving. It felt rude and I never write complaints, but here I am.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!
Fernando - the general manager is extremely RUDE! How dare he call my wife a liar when she told him that her order was incorrect thé last time she was there and to never return! We have been very good customers and generally would eat there at least once a week. Don’t worry Fernando - we won’t be back. My last two mobile orders were not prepared correctly either - so, if you are reading this - BEWARE!! DON’T EAT AT THIS BURGER KING!!! Go to McDonald’s on Riggs and Arizona or somewhere else!

Talk about idiotic... Maps says the are open and close at 7pm.. yet the sign in the door says the dining room closed July 21st And the drive thru was closed. Make it make sense😡🥴🤔
