Team member must have used the F word at least five times in front of me while I waited for my order. My crazy bread was undercooked and my pizza/sticks was a hot mess. Just threw everything out as I didn’t want my family to get sick. I understand LC is a low price point but I don’t appreciate the culture of expletives in this store and lack of operations standards. Will never go here again! Whoever is leading your franchise development and operations need to have higher standards.

The outside sign was not lit up so it was hard to find, but Tim, who helped us at the counter was the nicest guy ever! So helpful and got us our pizza fast!

On New Years Day pre go-back to work mode, we didn’t want to cook, so grabbed a last minute order from here. Can only say great things. A lovely crunchy extra pepperoni pizza and a thin crust cheese that were both excellent. Bread sticks too. Picked it up with the code at the front of the store and was ready within 20 mins. from ordering. Thank you and Happy New Year to the hardworking folks at this location

Ordered a pizza for lunch at 10:45. At 11:15, I got a call it was ready and said I'll be there at 11:30. Walk in at 11:33 and was told my order expired and my pizza has to be remade. I ordered it for my 30 min lunch. I didn't have time to wait, hence the order ahead. Tried to tell me it was 50 minutes ago. There is no notice about orders expiring after a certain amount of time online or over the phone. Now I need to go without lunch...

My husband and I order from this Little Ceasars at least once a month. Our pizzas are always ready on time, and the staff is really nice. We always get the Pepperoni and Cheese stuffed crust pizza, it's so good!

i went here. the pretzel pizza was dry the crazy bread was hard and shaped like big andy capps cheddar fries. staff was very kind .

I had to organize an event for which we had to feed 220 people. Our initial vendor ended up not working out very last minute, so we had to scramble to find a place available to deliver 50 pizzas by 10:45 in the morning the next day. I called in a panic and Joel, who I believe is the manager, was extremely pleasant and VERY accommodating. He went so far as to rearrange employee schedules to make sure that we could get what we needed. He also contacted the school with updates the morning of.This is not the first time that Joel has been amazing to work with. A few months back, a group forgot to get an itemized receipt for a large order. I contacted him and he was able to get the receipt printed and ready for me by the time I stopped in to pick it up. Other popular pizza chains in the area will always say things like "we're too busy right now, you'll have to call back" or simply refuse to get the receipt to us, saying this isn't something they are able to do. If you are a business owner or manager in need of a large pizza order, this Little Caesars location is the place for you!
