Longest waits. Staff seems aloof. Not a good sign when you wait 10 minutes to get to the person at the pick up window after you order, then the person at the pick up window asks you what you ordered, then routes you to the drive thru waiting area. Consistently the slowest McDonalds in the area.

Waited 15 minutes cause they're system is failing. Showed them my code again and waited another 10 minutes. At that point I brought it up to them I can't keep waiting I gotta go, didnt do shit for me. no coupons,no food, and no refund. Management here is a joke just go down the road. Waste of money and time is bad. Just get new Management that cares. I get it's not a great job but damn you don't gotta that bad giving actual service

So I went there and I got the original crispy chicken sandwich and it was a joke. The chicken patty was so small that it look like a chicken nugget. My McDouble that I got along with it was way more satisfying than the $7 crispy chicken crispy original. What's going on in McDonald's they're dropping the ball and using nuggets as patties. Disappointing.

Went there about 1245 pm today 5/29/2025 ordered a five dollar meal and a 10 piece nugget meal and 2 ice cream cones. Paid for my meals went to the 2nd window lady was rushing me. I told her she forgot my cones I purchased she gave me the dirtiest look ever and said you didn't order any cones. Receipt in hand showed her. Dirty look again. Yea I use to like this mcdonalds but the one on gilbert and riggs is bad too. Awesome day today? I don't think so. Thanks mcdonalds.

So I did a mobile order here at the very last second this early afternoon. Upon arriving at the drive thru, I encountered 3 male employees. 1st was to get my receipt, a young Hispanic male, very polite welcoming. The 2nd was an older Hispanic gentleman who was out making sure the drive thru remained cleaned and professional looking. He was also sweet and friendly. 3rd was another tall young Hispanic male at the pick-up window. He was super nice, fast, repeated my order to me, and was presentable. Heck, all 3 employees were very presentable! All 3 even seemed happy to be working and didn't look fake happy or miserable like the employees in other places. I've done their job before and I know it isn't easy. I appreciate and love that the 1st and 3rd employees REPEATED my order back to me! That tells me they are attentive to detail and get it right the first time. Did I mention everything was fresh, especially the ice in my coke! KUDDOS AND THANK YOU!
(P.s., I did a mobile order the previous night at a different location, and they got half my order wrong. Lol!)
