So I did a mobile order here at the very last second this early afternoon. Upon arriving at the drive thru, I encountered 3 male employees. 1st was to get my receipt, a young Hispanic male, very polite welcoming. The 2nd was an older Hispanic gentleman who was out making sure the drive thru remained cleaned and professional looking. He was also sweet and friendly. 3rd was another tall young Hispanic male at the pick-up window. He was super nice, fast, repeated my order to me, and was presentable.
Heck, all 3 employees were very presentable!
All 3 even seemed happy to be working and didn't look fake happy or miserable like the employees in other places.
I've done their job before and I know it isn't easy.
I appreciate and love that the 1st and 3rd employees REPEATED my order back to me! That tells me they are attentive to detail and get it right the first time.
Did I mention everything was fresh, especially the ice in my coke!

(P.s., I did a mobile order the previous night at a different location, and they got half my order wrong. Lol!)

I was just at this location and I spent $18 on food there and I asked for two ranches as thats the limit per order before they charge for extras at every mcdonalds I have ever been to since they changed the policy and started charging for extra sauces after 2 and the girl with dark hair and blonde highlights said she could only give me 1?... Absolutely Ridiculous! Im pregnant and I cant even enjoy my food fully because I could only get 1 sauce with my meal. Its stingey and crappy on yalls part I know she could give me one more she just refused to.. Extremely stupid when I spent almost $20 on food!

I Come to this location a few times a week for breakfast and most of the time the drive-through is a mess not because there was a lot of people but because of the employees and how they run it. I tried to use my code sometimes, but I finally gave up. I asked the manager Cynthia for Help and she literally made me feel stupid and told me that I needed to contact the McDonald’s app! How on earth do you do that? She acted like she didn’t have any answers and that she had no idea what to do when the code wasn’t working… Why even bother try then.. She’s super unprofessional and rude. I tried to call the McDonald’s one 800 number but clearly Customer service is not important to them anymore so I give up. I know you’re only losing one customer, but that used to be important to most businesses.

I stop by this McDonald’s on my way to and from work. They are always on point with my order. The staff is extremely kind, and my food is always hot. Best McDonald’s around!

If I could give this place a minus star I would. I ordered coffee with cream & sugar. I received no cream or sugar. I ordered hot cakes and sausage with 3 syrups and 3butters. My pancakes were so cold the butter didn't even melt & I only had 2 syrups. They always miss something evertime I go. This was it. I will never go there again. AWFUL!!!!!

Had 2 large combos with 2 extra spicy chicken asked for ketchup was give 2 and rold I'd have to pay for more. No worries they have their ketchup pump ima bring a bowl next time

I find it extra frustrating when I place my order for one large iced coffee through the app ahead of my arrival, wait 10 minutes in the drive through and then at the window I'm asked to pull forward because my one drink is still not ready. After another 10 minutes someone shows up at my window with a coffee and one word, sorry. Then scampers back off into the restaurant. Why is customer service so bad here?

The place was overly crowded, and none of the cashiers or employees were friendly I even got a dirty look just for asking for napkins. I understand the stress of peak business hours, but a simple smile or greeting would make a big difference. In customer service, a little kindness goes a long way, and acknowledging customers with a friendly attitude should be standard practice.

Online says they open at 4am. When i pulled up I was told they would be right with me 5 min later they came on and said they open at 430. I said online it says 4 they were like yea sorry it changed a Long time ago.. so not. A place for super early morning
