It's 1:00 am in the morning. All the lights are on and the sign in the window says there open? Yet nobody is there?
Came in around 8:00 PM — a full hour before closing. The store was completely empty. No customers. Just two employees: one making sandwiches and the other doing absolutely nothing useful in the back.
We ordered 5 sandwiches — and before anyone clutches pearls, FOUR of them were 6-inch subs. So yes, barely half sandwiches. This is not some massive catering order.
Yet we were told that “large orders like that need to be ordered online,” though she’d “do it anyway.”
Nothing is posted anywhere about this policy. No sign, no notice, nothing.
The excuse? The manager “just decided” that’s how they’re doing it now. Interesting, because I’ve been here plenty of times and have never once had an issue ordering in person, especially with an empty store and an hour left until closing.
I’m honestly appalled. If making 4 half sandwiches and 1 full sandwich is too much to handle, then maybe the issue isn’t the customer — it’s the staffing and management. Don’t spring made-up rules on people and act like we’re the problem.

Johnny made one heck of an Italian
footlong sandwich today. It was delicious he was pleasant and the cookies were not too sweet I enjoyed it so much. It was very clean in there and everything tasted very fresh. I was impressed and I do not impress easimy only hope is that when I go back again it is of the same quality
This subway is really turning it around! Has struggled recently but my most resent visit was great! New manager and staff and this place just gets better! I'll be back to this subway for sure!

I tried to grab Dr. Pepper and it had no flavor, then Pepsi and it didn't have any flavor either, and finally I got some Lipton tea. As soon as I left the place I drank it and it was disgusting because the tea was spoiled and useless, which made me vomit. I don't know how long they had that tea there, maybe a week, two weeks, but obviously a long time. The flavor was horrible and how bad it made me feel.
Service was good but very disappointed in the Sub.
I've added a picture and you can see that they have decided to cut way back on not just the meat but all the ingredients. Asked repeatedly to add peppers, onions etc. and you can see the results for yourself.
This used to be a pretty good Subway, we'll probably give them one more try to see if this reduction is permanent.
Also they were out of provolone cheese which indicates poor management. I mean, they put provolone on everything, how do you run out?

Sadly had a rude encounter with an employee, who didn't bother to greet me and my niece. He immediately had an attitude the second we hit the door.

One of the best Subways we have ever been to. Food is consistently good, and the crew that works here are always really nice! Special shoutout to Melissa, she was great!!

Our “beast” was so totally saturated that the bottom bun was glued to the wrapper when we opened it. The condiments were literally dripping out in a stream. Who ever was making sandwiches last night at 7 needs to be retrained. We had to eat it open faced with no bottom bun.
We had it delivered and delivery was quick as usual but the sandwich was a BIG disappointment.

Subway used to be my jam and was also my first job at 15. Every time I order something, I’m so disappointed. It is affordable but not quality.

Awesome service. I was here on April 22nd at 11am and there were two women working, Melissa and another who i can’t remember her name. It was packed and the line was really long. They handled all the customers’ orders like absolute pros. Friendly, fast, and accurate. Absolutely top notch.
I pad for 3 sandwiches and only got one! The girl refused to give me my sandwich. I spoke to the manager and she said I could get a refund through the website. I never got my refund! Hands down this is the worst location of all subway locations in the U.S.
I reported them for fraud with the BBB and the BBB already reached out.
Went to have dinner last night 3/12/25 at 6:00 pm and they were closed. They said they had no food. Good job Subway. Way to be consistent. Shame on you
