Came in after lunch. Employees were rude and quick to get you out. They messed up on my sandwich either by not understanding what I said or having ear bud in ear. Definitely won't be back to see this subway again. Incompetent workers here.

I placed a rather simple online order (Footling Italian B.M.T Meats with Mustard and Chipotle, I asked for it to be cut into four pieces) and this is how it turned out in the bag!!! It wasn't wrapped and it had completely fallen apart!!!! I had to eat it with a freaking FORK !!! The staff was nice ?

A friend picked-up order at Subway today for our card group. She used coupons for footlongs. I had requested the Italian BMT -- But make it a WRAP!!. Thinking it would be the same price as coupon for 6" sub ! I was very surprised when she arrived with order and told me the wrap was $12.00!!!! Really, even Arby's corn beef and market sandwiches are less expensive !!! This is outrageous ! as when the wrap is about the same size as the small sub ! This was at the Sun Lakes AZ store on rRiggs Rd.

So according to the website you guys are currently supposed to be open. However, I drove all the way over there, and there are workers inside, but they have the doors locked at 1:00 in the afternoon!!... Can you explain to me how that is a good business practice?? But wait, it gets better.. I tried calling and no one answers the phone and it says that the voice mailbox is full, and that they are unable to take any calls. Now, how is it that this restaurant that is supposedly and currently "open", "accessible" to the public when the freaking doors are locked??

We came in literally an hour after opening, there was only one other couple in front of us. All the bins with the vegetables were nearly empty almost like they were left out overnight we ordered the cold cut combo. The outsides of the meat were brown, like it had been an expose too long or sitting out too long. It’s hard to believe that, if they’ve only been open an hour that the quality of everything was too bad. I wanted lettuce but the lettuce was so brown and nasty. I didn’t want it. I was hungry, so I still ordered the sandwich but I would recommend not going here now, I remember why I don’t like subway; not eat fresh!!

As a husband of an employee at this restaurant, I cannot vouch for management of this place. Whoever manages this restaurant, they completely allowed my wife to be mistreated in so many ways, from staff, from customers, from superiors, it is unacceptable. I would recommend never working for this place. But, it's Subway and I like subway, the sandwiches are good. Management, ownership, franchise ship, not so good. Something needs to be revamped with the people who run this place.
