I ordered a pick up order around 4:25…it’s now 5:35 and I’m still sitting in the establishment waiting for my order. The employee said well you have a big order. That’s understandable but with that being said I placed the order over an hour ago. Unfortunately the inside isn’t the cleanliness & the employees seem like they’re not even there. I’ll choose a different location next time…..

Ordered a 3 tacos locos supreme combo and came home to a taco supreme and a beef supreme Burrito. Burrito was actually a bean and cheese and the taco was cold and stale.

I will continue to frequent the queen creek rd location as this place can even serve the lone customer in line. How do you get an order wrong twice in one go?

I waited inside from 11:25am to 11:55am on October 20th 2025. And they lost my order, couldn’t find it. So I left without any food and no lunchtime left…

Don’t go inside to pick up or get food. The employees avoid eye contact like it’s the plague. I’m just going to stay far away from this location.

Shorted two items that we ordered and paid for in the drive-thru. The soft tacos were so greasy that they were soggy and the bag our order was put in soaked through with grease and broke.
Will never go back.

Went into this new Taco Bell for the first time,I don't order online and just wanted to see the menu and order at the front desk like I do at the other Taco Bells,this girl came out and said we don't have time to take your order we are working on online orders only I said WHAT,she said same thing,I said so you are not going to take my order she just went back to area she came from another girl heard her and she said she would help me,but then what looked like the manager came out and said he would help me and he took my order was very polite and he told me menu is on kiosk and showed me how to find what I wanted,very bad experience,not everyone wants to order online or is a senior and knows how
