From the outside, it doesn't look like much. Once inside, the vibe is very cozy, mostly because our server, Ashley, projected a feeling of love, joy and caring. The carnitas we order was excellent and the price was more than reasonable. If it weren't a 60 mile drive one way, I'd make this my go to Mexican restaurant.
My friend and I ordered the carnitas platter to share and it was excellent. The waitress, Ashley, was friendly and helpful. Her smiles made you happy and her service was great. We will come again.
Customer service was fantastic. Lots of things on the menu and food was pretty good! Wife had the chicken burrito and lots of great flavor, including good beans and rice. I had the pork chimichanga. Good flavor, but too much meat. The chimi needs something else inside to break up the large quantity of meat. Maybe some beans or a sauce with the meat.
Food was still great for a small Mexican place....
