We just had the best time at the Silver King smokehouse. Great ambience, fabulous service, fun, homemade craft cocktails, and a good beer selection. Then of course there’s a barbecue! Incredibly fast service, food was out within a minute or two.

You pick your own seat, when you're ready to order, you walk up to the front kiosk and they take it, and then it'll be out shortly.

I ordered 3 sides for lunch, no meats, but I had a frontline view of the kitchen window so I could see how fast they were moving for everyone else and it was FAST. I ordered green chili mac and cheese, coleslaw (slaw), and house-cut fries...

Seriously LOVE this place! We come to Gold Canyon area 4 of last 5 winters, & just visited 1st time last week.....WHY was I not aware of this place until now? Buy the BIG 3 or 4 piece combo, & what you can't eat, take lunch home for later in week! Just AWESOME food, I can't wait to return
