Ordered a chicken and parm salad and got it with NO CHICKEN. Also ordered a cobb salad ADD CHICKEN got it with NO CHICKEN. We specifically asked the worker chicken on both salads correct and she said yes. Double check your order before you leave.

Very disappointed. I was so excited to try the new Plano, TX location. We ordered 3 chilled rolls (2 lobster, 1 crab) and made them all jumbo. If that is 70% more meat, I'd hate to see what a regular one looked like. Very little meat, and the lobster ones had shell bits. Wasn't worth the hype. I will try the other items on the menu before I decide for sure, but that was very disappointing.

This place has really gone down hill. Sorry slow service, waiting over 20 minutes with only 2 cars a head of us. Won't be back.

Ordered a lobster role. They ran out of spicy sauce and don't take cash. On top of all, the lobster still had shells in it. How are you supposed to eat it properly and remove shells at the same time. Lazy and the price is too much. 30 bucks for 2 little sandwiches. Never coming back again

I've been going to Angie's since it opened here in surprise. The food was amazing and we went as much as possible. Went today, 9/7, and this food they served was horrendous. Warm lobster roll, found half a claw shell in it, serving portion sucked and the French fries were cold and old. My cod tasted overcooked and old. Fries were cold and hard. Not worth the $31 we paid to eat this trash. Neither of us finished our meals. Even the Arnold Palmer was made wrong. This place has gone downhill and I'll be asking for a refund. Won't be returning to this location. 83rd & Glendale is where the new one will be, I'll be going there now.

I love coming here for breakfast but discontinuing the French toast breakfast meal was about as detrimental as the Seahawks throwing it on the 1 yard line.

The fries were cold but I returned them and that was fine. My main problem is they don’t have straws. Ok, but they provide a cup that has a sippy type of lid. The ice restricts the flow so that’s frustrating. And the lid leaked soda down my shirt. If they can provide a paper bag, plastic cup and lid, is it asking too much for a damn straw?

Everything I’ve had here is delicious but the cold brew tastes like poison. Rancid and disgusting. Like the don’t clean whatever they store it in

Everything was great but those potato wedges were amazing. 20 minutes after getting my food they were still warm and perfectly crisp

Horrible Customer service! God forbid you cancel the order! They act like $6.50 is a million dollars ! My order wasn’t ready after 10mins of waiting and needed to get back to work! The manager said it was his first day and had to call another manager. This place is not very friendly and very money hungry!

Poor attitude. Didn’t even say hi. Handed leaking cups to us that were so greasy, we almost dropped them in the car. Did not change gloves between handling money and food. Just nasty!
The crab and lobster was salty and not rinsed. Ordered hot and got cold.

Terrible drive thru design. Can’t order because so little room between where you order and where you get the food . 2 cars in front of you then you stuck in the line can’t get your order in 😬

I got a jumbo lobster roll . Paid extra for jumbo for no reason. I did not get a jumbo roll . The pictures clearly show the difference. Also the fries were cold and they barely give you fries. I’m so disappointed I was looking forward to this !
