It was freezing inside, food came out cold, wasn’t going to complain 1. The server never came back to ask how food was, 2 I was starving. We’ll never go back!!! Do NOT Recommend this place

I was there Wednesday night with the new bartender Jessica. She was amazing. She was very friendly and attentive to all the customers that were there. I will definitely be coming back because of Jessica. I am a regular there and would love to see more of Jessica.

Walking into this establishment felt like walking into a deep freezer yes we live in Arizona but that was ridiculous. Our waiter a young Hispanic man needs to either go through a crash course in hospitality, people skills, food service, food handling, listening skills, to say the few. He never once check on our drink situation. He brought out habanero coated ribs, when we asked honey barbecue!!! it was so spicy I lost my appetite and was unable to finish my meal!!!! the young man never checked to see if we needed refills on our drinks my better half sat with an empty glass for more than half the evening. I have never been so disappointed in a Applebee's restaurant in my life!!! I have eaten at many Applebee's. And I have also been to other restaurants where the place it's so horrible. I mean like turn right around and walk out type of some really horrible places. But I really think this Applebee's was the worst restaurants period I have ever eaten in my life. Will never be going back to that Applebee's ever. In my opinion that particular waiter should not be an employee of Applebee's due to how poorly he did not do his job!!! So horrible it ruined our night, down right a disappointment if I could give zero stars I so would!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡

Very disappointed in our recent visit to the Surprise Applebee's. The menus falling apart should have been our first hint that this wasn't going to be a good experience. Food served cold, atmosphere is non existent, unless the restaurant is being redecorated its ugly inside. Paint is shit brown and all the things that made this city specific is gone.... we were ther at 5pm and the restaurant had 3 people at the bar & 5 tables filled. This place used to be packed.

They have a lot of great deals going on right now and Jess was fantastic. The all-you-can-eat meals are delicious. Ribs are nice and tender fall off the bone. Chicken strips were juicy and crunchy. The breaded shrimp was very good.
Took over 15 minutes to ask if we wanted something to drink and the place was not even that busy.

The atmosphere really needs to be updated. It was Father's Day, with few diners! ***Server Makenzie was fun and caring, considerate, and timely with all that we required! All of our party enjoyed our meals and the food was hot with plenty of left-overs to enjoy a second time!

Very unclean and smells like old carpet. The tall gentleman who was our server was also horrible. He needs to quit if he doesn’t like his job. The food was just plain bad. I am so sorry for this review because I love to eat but just not here. I grew up loving Applebees but unfortunately this will be the end of the road for my family and I. I know maybe another Applebees would probably be better but after this experience I will not take the chance. Good luck to you guys.
