Is it so freaking hard to put sauce packets in the bag! The arbys sauces are what makes the sandwiches, now I get to eat a dry ass sandwich. No napkins and on top that food was cold.
Does the packets cost you that much that your willing to piss off customers!?

This had to be one of the worst fast food dinners I have received from anywhere. Ordered the beef and cheddar's, buffalo chicken, fries and poppers. Everything was cold, the chicken tasted like rubber and fries were old. So basically a $50 dinner order was not edible. I used to work at an Arby’s and I would be embarrassed to serve customers food like this..

This place is just disappointing I live near here. I've been here five times. They have messed up my order all five times I go back to last time and I get eyes rolled at me and an attitude because you can't simply take my order correctly. I don't recommend wasting your hard money here and find a different Arby's because like I said this place is just disappointing, I'll never spend money here ever again

I ordered 45.00 worth of food and my burgers were rock hard. So well done couldn't even eat them. Then the fries were cold as can be. Nobody even said anything when we got there. A manager finally said hi real quick but didn't do anything else. IT WAS AWFUL and there was nobody in there. Will not be back

Apparently your drive thru worker is unhappy tonight and brought his disrespectful attitude with him to work ......just curious when did it become the norm to argue with your paying customer who was more than patient with having to repeat thier order several times and then tell me he put the curly fries in the bag so we walk back out to the car only for him to discover that there were not any curly fries ...mind you I was asked to park to wait on the fries ......then wants to tell me "they" didn't put them in the bag and then when I asked for ranch and arby sauce instead of bronco sauce tells me I didn't ask for sauce ....seriously....he asked me at the window before asking me to park and I told him at that point ranch and arby sauce ......neither the curly fries or crinkle cut fries were freshly made so why was I asked to park for over 7 min only to go back inside twice to get what I ordered and paid for.......got home and not one straw in the bag and had to figure which one was diet soda on our own because he wasn't 100% sure which one it was but knows it was the last drink he made.....

So I ordered the beef and cheddar meal the large one, and the meat on the sandwich was so tough that I could not even eat it. It was absolutely awful and there were maybe five pieces of meat on the sandwich. So I got home and I called and I let them know about it. He said come back and I will make it better. I went back and he gave me another sandwich which was supposed to be beef and cheddar, there was no chatter on the sandwich, maybe a spit size amount. And he gave me a free Apple turnover for my troubles. I could’ve thrown that apple turnover through the window and broke the window out. It was so hard and disgusting. Arby’s has turned into the worst place ever I’m so disappointed. And I’ve been going there for a very long time. A very, very long time not this specific store, but I have been going there to other stores. Just deplorable so disappointed, awful, awful, awful awful.

The group that was working yesterday (Fri, Oct 18 2024) was excellent. Kenya was extremely friendly and did an amazing job. Thank you. Will definitely visit this location again in the future.

I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes at a minimum. When I got up to the window to pay I was told to pull forward and wait for my food because it was not done yet. For a place that considers itself to be fast food it was not fast by any definition of the word.

We haven't had Arby's in a long time. We received some coupons in the mail. After a few hours of shopping, it sounded good. The restaurant was clean. I like that they carry Diet Coke instead of Diet Pepsi. The food could have been hotter, but it did satisfy my craving for a roast beef sandwich.

I had dinner delivered yesterday using ubereats, they did nothing wrong in my opinion. But Arby’s seems to want to place blame on them for my sandwich bun having plastic imbedded into it. They refused a refund, I asked if he thinks they should be punished for your quality control neglect? he literally said “yeah I guess”. I don’t see a place to post pictures, maybe it’s on the next page but I will definitely figure out out how to post them. It’s mind blowing how this made it out of the factory, and then the restaurant. You can see blue on the outside of the bun. Does Arby’s not have a process of quality control? ???

I ordered at 1:58 for 2:30 pick up and did not actually get my food till 2:45, guy at the restaurant window was rude because I was not able to go inside.
