I have eaten here a few times already but our most recent time when I brought my family, it was great! Food was good and came out FRESH & HOT. Our waitress Gemini was perfect, she was attentive and kind. Everything came out exactly as we wanted and overall service was amazing!

We had a great experience at Barrio Queen! From the moment we sat down, our server (Alana) was friendly, helpful, and incredibly efficient. They made great recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and kept everything running smoothly.
The food was delicious and full of flavor — you can really tell care goes into each dish. Even better, everything was very affordable for the quality and portion sizes. Barrio Queen delivers both great taste and great value, and most importantly great staff!

I came for dinner with my family for the first time and had the best experience with our waitress Madeline. She gave us great recommendations, such as the queso fundido, Molcajete mixed grill, and the en fuego margarita! The food and service was amazing, we will be back and asking for Madeline!

The carne asada was probably the best I’ve had on such a long time. The steak was so tender and flavorful. Alena was a pleasure to have as a server. She was kind, offered items on the menu and we even bonded over Punch the monkey. If I don’t come back for the carne asada, I’d come back to her! She was amazing! Thanks Alena!

We enjoyed the patio (except for the loud cars- not Barrios fault!). Service was excellent and cheerful, food was hot and delicious - the guacamole was made perfectly - and, even though it was Valentines Day, everything was paced perfectly.
Valentine Dinner night; heard from 3 staff members the restaurant was ‘overbooked' and they were stressed. Arrived on time for 6pm reservation and they told that everyone in line had reservations and we'd have to wait until current guests finished and made a table available. Group of 6 -waited 45 minutes before food presented; 5 of 6 plates were ‘Luke warm' at best. Our server, Elaina (Ahlainaiah) was great. She was super busy but stayed friendly and professional - she even got manager to provide us a significant discount upon learning of the ‘ warm' food. Very unfortunate Alainiah was left hanging by the kitchen.

Food was delicious. Our server was great. I had reservations for 5pm for a high top table in the dining room. Our hostess put us at a small table right in front of the kitchen doors. We told the hostess that is not acceptable and asked to talk to the manager. I showed him my reservation and immediately he told us to sit at the high top table. Maybe train your hostess to look at the reservation before seating people.

I had my mail from the happy hour menu and was pleasantly surprised. I had the elite riblets, carnitas quesadillas and the chicken flautas. Everyone was attentive from the wait staff to the servers and management checking in on us.  We'll be back.
