I have been coming to this place for years, it is hands down THE BEST pizza in Surprise. The customer service is absolutely first class. I made a mistake on my online order and selected the gluten free option. When I picked it up I let the young lady know I made a mistake and they re-made both pizzas at NO CHARGE ! This is old fashion customer service that you just don't see anymore. Thank you !

My sub was not made the way I asked and the bread was so dry it just crumbled everytime I picked it up.This makes about the 4th time in a row they have messed up my food.They put stuff I didnt want and left off what I wanted.I wont be back again.Not at this one anyway.They were great when we first started going there.I dont know what happened.Very disapointed

I have visited Barro's before and I always like what I eat there. My favorite pizza is the vegetarian one, it has a variety of vegetables.

We went here for my mother's 89th birthday. We had cheese pizza which was excellent. Boneless wings lemon pepper & honey barbecue excellent. We had traditional wings honey barbecue and the hottest ones there can remember the name 😂 also excellent. My son got ravioli he said it was good. They let us bring in my mother's birthday cake. The staff was excellent and helpful. Thanks for a fun time!
Dietary restrictions: My son has food allergies and does well with pizza and pasta.
Kid-friendliness: Had my grandchildren with us and they were well behaved.

Ordered online and was told 35 min. Arrived 40 min later and the line was out the door. Lady told me it would be over an hour and half wait. I said it only stated 35 min online. So I said can I get refund. She had the nerve to get an attitude and tell me I can have a refund in 3 to 5 days and brushed me off. I said excuse me, I would like my money back now or some proof showing I'll be refunded. She said "nothing she can do". I said, can you get a manager? She rolled her eyes and walked off. Manager came out and tried to defend her bullcrap cause they are busy. But dter saying I need proof of my redund, she cancelled the transaction and showed me on her screen that it cancrlled on her end. Now if I had left after the rude one told me 3 to 5 days...I would have never seen my refund. I will never go to this Barros again! Disgusting service!

Everytime I come here it’s organized and the staff is very attentive. The food is always great but if theres ever an issue the manager Sunny always goes above and beyond to make it right. I love the food here. Keep up the good work and I’ll keep coming.
