We had a really disappointing experience with Barro's Pizza (Riggs Rd. location) last night. We've got pizzas from them for years, and they are good! But on weekends, they would show up later and later with cold pizza, so we stopped getting them on weekends. Last night, ordered, they said 60 minutes, and in our experience it's always been more like 30. So close to an hour in, call them, and our address completely puzzles them. I love your pizza, however tonight I had the worst experience ever. After ordering almost $70.00 in takeout, I drove the 30 minutes home only to discover part of more order was missing. I called, told them part was missing and that I would be coming back to get it. Not friendly or apologetic at all!
