Relied on Barro’s for family dinner tonight and it was a real let down. Showed up to the store for pickup at scheduled time. Food wasn’t even started. Waited 20 minutes, food STILL wasn’t started to had to cancel and find an alternative. Very disappointing (DoorDash)

Friendly staff and great service! My order was taken immediately. My food came quick and was served hot and fresh. The BBQ chicken pizza was delicious. I highly recommend going for lunch. 2 slices and a drink for under 7 bucks.

It’s hard to believe this pizza place has won multiple “Best Pizza” awards in the valley when they don’t even use parchment paper between the pizza and the box. The pizza ended up smelling like cardboard! I paid $26 for a “Cotton Box Flavor Barro Special Pizza.” If they want to grow to the next level, they shouldn’t cut corners on something as simple as paper. Just look at this box—it makes me not want to go back. Overall, poor craftsmanship, and it’s definitely a downgrade for them.
Moreover: Barro’s Pizza was a huge disappointment. The pizza tasted awful and the bread was bland and underwhelming. For the price, I expected way more, but it’s definitely not worth it. There are plenty of better pizza places out there—skip this one! You can get a much better combo pizza at Costco for only $17. Costco’s pizza is consistently good, and Barro’s just doesn’t compare. Save your money and go to Costco instead—best choice every time!

Pizza specials are great for lunch. I love Barros pizza ?. This is from the sub sandwiches, to the pizza lunch specials pizza, salad and a drink, to the amazing whole pizzas it's a favorite. I'll get photos next time. Staff was friendly.

I've had alot of pizza in my 55 years and Barros is the closest to NY pizza so far!
We normally love this pizzeria and order here all the time but the exchange my fiance just experienced was extremely upsetting and suggestive of racial profiling. We ordered a couple pizzas to pick up after our sons baseball game. I made the order under my name and my fiance went inside to pick it up. The cashier proceeded to relay that they didnt have the order (although my fiance could see it). After she pointed it out and confirmed the name the cashier stated that she was unable to give my fiance the order without a confirmation number. So she retuned to me and explain that I had to go inside. When I asked for the order the cashier relayed "oh some girl was in here trying to steal your meal". Yeah, my future wife. I asked why they needed a confirmation number and she relayed that it was a mistake and they just needed a name. Then why would they give my fiance such a hard time? I was livid because the only thing I can think of was this was predominantly white space and my fiance is puertorican. Like I said, we normally love this place and had never experienced something like this any other time we've ordered from here so it's left a bad taste and will probably look elsewhere for pizza for awhile.

We always get great pizza from here, it’s always so good! The only two things I would say needs improvement is, the way they cut the pizza… I always end up having to tear it because it isn’t properly cut. The other thing is when they were conducting interviews ALL the kids getting interviewed took up ALL the seats in the waiting area.
