Would not recommend for allergies. Scoopers are very cross contaminated. No labels for checking allergies. Staff did not have resources available to check or offer help to validate ingredients.

Gave up on this place. We ordered banana royals and the scoops were not full scoop halfway rolled. The last straw was we ordered a pint of ice cream and it wasn’t a full pint. Save your money. Handlers is just down the street.

Today’s special is vanilla bootie ice cream!

I was really looking forward to indulging in this beautiful treat at least the way that it looks on the picture. I wanted this and got this. (Pics Below) It definitely does not look like 2.5 ounces of ice cream and it looks unappealing the picture was false advertisement.

Don’t ever get a Spider-Man cake there. Color doesn’t match at all. The baker blamed it on the “freezer” but, if you knew the “freezer” did that why not add extra red? I rather have a darker Spider-Man than a salmon color Spider-Man cake for my son. Only got. $11 refund which I think this should have required a 50% but, now I know not to go back.

The girl that rang me up (sadly didn’t get her name) was very helpful she offered me extra things and was very sweet about it. If it wasn’t for her I probably would have just walked out and left it there.

Truly disappointed in the local Baskin Robins. Took my 85 year old mom for some Ice Cream on a Hot Day and paid over $10.00 for two scoops of AIR!
Will go back to Handels Ice Cream parlor down the street or into Basha's for a full quart next time. Used to love this place, but can't afford the high prices of *Air* these days.

Completely messed up the order we got via door dash and they sent this note instead of just fixing their mistake. Banana split was suppose to only be 3 scoops of vanilla and other was the strawberry, pistachio, cherry. Instead the strawberry, pistachio, cherry one now has bananas in it. Also everything was leaking.

Great selection of flavors and friendly staff! Not too expensive either.

I ordered 2 regular scoops and paid $4 plus dollars for each and the size of the scoop is a joke, I want my money back, horrible service.

I ordered a blended coffee drink which wasn’t “blended” at all. Giant ice chunks throughout the drink. Couldn’t suck it through the straw without ice clogging it up. Completely undrinkable, ended up getting frustrated and throwing it away.

What in the world happened to Baskin Robbins? I’ve been going for years and never had this happen to me. One person there making to go orders for 45 people while I stand around waiting. When she finally takes my order, I am told that the blenders aren’t working and I cannot have a milkshake mocha blaster anything else. I spent 15 minutes here standing around waiting and for nothing. This place needs good management.

I am beyong disgusted with this place! I ask for TWO SCOOP SUNDAE!! Two bites in this dish! Then want a tip? Laughable!!! You can't even see it!!! This was taken when I walked out! Pathetic and wont be back!

My family and I love going to get ice cream but last night one of them looked confused when it came to making a chocolate shake and the other lady didn’t know how to make a banana split and made a mess that looked gross out of respect we didn’t say anything but when we got home they had forgotten an ice cream. I went back because it was for my mom and we stood there for minutes just waiting as the workers were just ignoring us for minute. It was inconvenient for us to go back for an ice cream.
