I ordered a blended coffee drink which wasn’t “blended” at all. Giant ice chunks throughout the drink. Couldn’t suck it through the straw without ice clogging it up. Completely undrinkable, ended up getting frustrated and throwing it away.

What in the world happened to Baskin Robbins? I’ve been going for years and never had this happen to me. One person there making to go orders for 45 people while I stand around waiting. When she finally takes my order, I am told that the blenders aren’t working and I cannot have a milkshake mocha blaster anything else. I spent 15 minutes here standing around waiting and for nothing. This place needs good management.

I am beyong disgusted with this place! I ask for TWO SCOOP SUNDAE!! Two bites in this dish! Then want a tip? Laughable!!! You can't even see it!!! This was taken when I walked out! Pathetic and wont be back!

My family and I love going to get ice cream but last night one of them looked confused when it came to making a chocolate shake and the other lady didn’t know how to make a banana split and made a mess that looked gross out of respect we didn’t say anything but when we got home they had forgotten an ice cream. I went back because it was for my mom and we stood there for minutes just waiting as the workers were just ignoring us for minute. It was inconvenient for us to go back for an ice cream.

Very clean store with nice employees. Was super bummed that they didn't have any of the flavor of the month. But glad there were 2 nin dairy options, wish there were more but the ones they had were good. Tried a few fun samples! The chicken and waffles was so good! Then there is a Thanksgiving dinner flavor! Wow that was a lot of flavors on one tiny spoon! Wasn't to bad though! The lemon sorbet was very refreshing and I ended up going with the non dairy mint chocolate chunk, it was tasty! And since I put the app on my phone I was able to get a free scoop!

Went in to get ice cream, there was this one blonde girl and this other girl with bubble braids, and as soon as we walk in the door the blonde one immediately gives us dirty looks and continues to give us an attitude as we order. When we asked to get some extra spoons she grabs a handful of them and basically throws them into our bag and she was just being very passive aggressive the entire time

I used to like 31 - The ice cream is not as creamy as it used to be & the flavors also changed What going on ? Cheaper ingredients? No Ty.

Wow. Just wow! It’s a good thing they don’t make the ice cream! We went in to get a couple scoops and I had mentioned to the staff that all their tables were dirty. She just brushed it off after finishing our transaction, then went to the back to finish her conversation. We were left standing with our ice cream! Literally the tables were covered with sticky ice cream! When we came in they were all sitting on the coolers they have against the wall. I’m assuming the manager, came up to talk with us and made it seem like it was no big deal. Why is it so hard to have a little pride and respect in your work?!

Found 4 Pieces of Hair in my Ice Cream and then there was flaky things that was not supposed to be in my ice cream 0/10

I am so glad I came here. I am lactose intolerant, and when I came here I was think it's just going to be like all the other Baskin Robbins, but no. I looked at the ice cream and found out that they had non-dairy ice cream, and that made me so happy. I am definitely coming back for more.Also, the employees were so nice they were sweet enough to tell me if there were any other BR that had non-dairy ice cream they said that their boss owned 2 more places that serve non-dairy ice cream. So because of them, I now know where I can find dairy free ice cream that will not mess with my stomach. ?? the two employees who helped me deserve a raise.
