Breakfast here is always a good experience. We are always sat promptly, food is out super fast and always hot. The service is just great.

Atmosphere is clean, modern, OK but not particularly special. Service was prompt, friendly and attentive. Food was excellent, best restaurant breakfast I have had in a while. Loved the biscuits and gravy.

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast on the spur of the moment. It was our first visit and will be our last. The service was ok but the food was very disappointing. My husband ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, and a biscuit. The eggs were ok, the bacon good, the hashbrowns undercooked and the biscuit so dry that even after adding butter, he couldn't eat it (I took a bite and agreed with him). My avocado toast was on barely toasted wheat bread and although there was a generous portion of smashed avocado on the toast, it had no seasoning and was very cold. I also ordered poached eggs which came in a ramekin floating in lots of water. I asked them to drain the excess water. When the eggs returned to the table, there was still more water than there should have been but I let it go. However, the eggs were undercooked and barely warm once I tasted them. I couldn't eat them. My husband had a soda and I had a cup of coffee. The breakfast with a 20% tip (because we aren't going to punish the server for bad food) was over $40. Money wasted!

Yummmm! We love Biscuits. Have been here 6 times now and it gets better each time. We usually get the meat lovers scramble to share. It comes with a side of pancakes or 2 biscuits and that makes the portion HUGE. We always get a cinnamon roll; it is giant and gooey. This time we ordered the French Toast flight. AMAZING! It's big tho, which was perfect for our group of 4. We cut the 4 different flavors into quarters. Highly recommend. The o my negative about this place is the wait time on weekends. We waited exactly 45 minutes for our table. Yuck.

Great breakfast spot for the family. Food is great and has a dog friendly patio. Only recommendation would be to have an online check in process to begin the wait time from home on busy days.Kid-friendliness: Great kid’s menu!

Today my daughter took me for my bday brunch and we would have rather stayed home...I had breakfast and she had a salad...Chicken was barely seasoned with salt and pepper...avacado ranch was so thick...I asked for corned beef hash...not shredded corned beef (that one...Ill take I didn't ask)...I asked for egg whites and they came barely warm...Biscuits were decent...Chocolate coffee was okay...I visited Surprise so maybe at some point I'll visit Glendale...we went for the flights of bacon, coffee and were told they are not worth it...However, Andrea our server was on point and she is the reason you got more than one star from...

A surprisingly great place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch with unique and fun, tasty menu items to choose from! Choose from mimosa flights, bacon flights, or even waffle or French toast flights to make your meal into a tasty, special event to share with friends!

I have been to this restaurant in Surprise multiple times. I usually have a good experience there. The last time I went the service was really bad and the food was not as good as past experiences. I usually go here for breakfast. This last time I got the roasted red potatoes and they were mushy. I couldn't send them back because my waitress never came back after taking my order. At least not until it was time to give us our check. I can't say I won't ever go back but if I have another bad experience, it likely be the last time.

I am from California. My mom lives in Sun City and Biscuits café was awesome. They needed a place like this in Sun City highly recommended. Service might've been a little slow but well worth it.

So this is a daytime cafe, which I normally love. But we went for lunch to the Surprise location and our service was "meh" and so was the food. On top of that, our bill came in at $75 for four of us - one sandwich, one chicken fried chicken, one French toast plate, and one chicken tender plate, all ice waters. With gratuity it was near $90!!!! Unbelievable. We will definitely think twice before going back here.

The coffee was weak; not worthy of a $3 purchase. And when my meal arrived( Eggs Benedict) , it was lukewarm at best. Would have liked a piping hot breakfast entree. The flavor was fine but just not hot.
