I use to go to the one off wigman in Litchfield before it closed down. Hands down best sushi ever!!!! Drag on rolls so yummy!!! I was disappointed when it closed down :/ but now I am so excited to find out they opened a new location:D

We’ve been here a few times most recently last night. This time of year the open air and patio are very pleasant. We enjoy Blu because the food is consistently fresh and it’s a local restaurant. The staff is very friendly. Since it’s small, sometimes service can be a little slow but that’s the exception. Reasonable value for the cost. Owner on site and takes a lot of pride in their business. Give it a try !

At the first moment you step in this restaurant the waiters give you an enjoyable feeling. Very courteous stuff, it is a friendly restaurant to enjoy with friends and colleagues or with your date. tasty cuisine, experienced chef, reasonable pay and attentive service. Highly recommended.

We love this place! And it's very clean, and everything is Amazing and delicious! We're from Sandiego California! We move here in Surprise 3 months ago! We found this place since then we come here every week with my husband! We got to know the Owner Richard and the employee Christian all of them are very friendly!

Blu Sushi is one of the best Sushi Restaurants we have in Phoenix. I know that's a bold statement but we eat a lot of Sushi and its among the best. Richard (the owner) will take great care of you and its no secret that he is a phenomenal chef. Do yourself a favor and stop by Surprises newest Sushi joint, you will not regret it!

Hail to the chef!!! Finally found our new go to sushi place. Just came back from a summer in CA and this little gem could teach them something!

The sushi is delicious and fresh. This is a smaller restaurant that is a few years old and is in need of TLC, but the food makes up for that. The service is a little slow, but the sushi is worth the wait.

The sushi is ok. Its sushi I would expect from a decent sushi restaurant. It's the timing that blows my mind. This is the second time we have tried it and they are SLOW. I get it's a husband and wife duo but tonight we ordered food (6 total rolls and 1 order of fried rice) and the rice arrived an hour and 20 mins AFTER we arrived which was for the kids. I felt so bad as we sat there eating all the sushi while I was told 4 separate times the rice was coming. We literally got rice and a to go box together because despite how great our kids did, they were over waiting. They could tell my frustration but ya know, full of excuses. We wont go back. Oh and 3 dollars for a kids lemonade is insanity.

Food was AMAZING!! Richard was great and the service was fantastic! My 8 year old daughter loves this place as well. Very cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. If there were more stars I'd give it to them!! Try the tootsie roll!!

My first risk at eating Sushi and loved it. Outstanding quality!

It was so hot in this restaurant. And for a place serving sushi... That always makes me uneasy. Server was nice but not attentive. We waited so long for our check after being done eating. Counting us, only 3 tables with customers.

One of the greatest sushi restaurants I've ever eaten at, maybe even the best. Servers are kind and fast, kitchen food is great, and the Sushi is amazing. All fair priced. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Food is delicious! Waitress was great very helpful! My daughter loves this place we come here for our daughter date nights!

Always a nice time here. Great staff. Food is always super fresh and tasty. They make a great coctail too!
