We drove all the way to this location downtown at 5th & Broadway in Nashville and paid the garage parking fees just to do patio experience. My friend and I had planned this day in advance to catch up. We asked the host to sit outside as the restaurant was super slow. He took me to go outside but the door was locked. I went to the Franklin, TN location that opened last week. I went on my lunch hour and ordered the chicken Fried rice. It arrived 45 minutes later and tasted like a frozen meal, not fresh. The service was so very slow and inexperienced. Very disappointing. Also, the music was blaring and you could not talk above it.
I received the wrong order and the owner? Anthony Hitchcock was a complete💩. He refused to assist me, antagonized tf out of me, and after I emailed him to STOP contacting me he continued to email me a harassing and rude email. Needless to say, I was never refunded.
HORRIBLE RESTUARANT EVEN WORSE OWNER AND STAFF!🤬
