We had Andrew as our bartender an server we sat at the bar this was our 3rd time visiting the first time we had Amderw and he was pick up a shift on a Wednesday we enjoy the happy hour all day Sundays they make it more of an experience by bringing the rolls out in a boat for extra fun! Andrew always goes above and beyond to make our experience the best we can get hes an asset to blue sushi 🍣 we hope to have him as our server every time!!

I NEVER leave reviews for any place but this place was so amazing that I had to! My first time there yesterday for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was amazing! Service, time, food, drinks, atmosphere, everything was a 10/10. I will 100% be returning!

Wouldn't sit us, restaurant was half empty and we waited 30 minutes and they still didn't sit us. They didn't care. 10/19/2025 2:40pm. Went next door got sat right away.

Nearly every roll on the menu has that fake crab filler. Food takes a while to get out, the place was three quarters empty. Generally overpriced for what you get. Obnoxious hip hop playing a little loud.

My family loves sushi and we have it often. We have had our share of lackluster rolls. But Blue Sushi Sake Grill was wonderful! It tasted so fresh. The Amazon Roll was the perfect amount of spicy and the chino chimichurri sauce was amazing. And the Shrimp Tempura Maki was super tasty with the right amount of crunch. The service was top notch and the it has a quiet and elegant ambience while still being casual dining. Can't wait to go back

Drove 40 minutes to try this sushi spot and it was definitely worth it. I was greeted by the hosts and requested a sushi bar seat. Asked our sushi chef, Sam, for recommendations and fully put our trust on him on what is good or not. Turns out that everything is good. The chefs were very knowledgeable about everything they’re serving. Our server Janelle also provided a great service. Often checking on us throughout our experience. Definitely recommend this place and is now my favorite sushi spot.

I have been to Blue Sushi three times now and everything is always so amazing. Best sushi I’ve ever had hands down. Chef Sam was extremely friendly and truly creates the most beautiful and delicious sushi. Sitting at the sushi bar truly elevated my dining experience as we were able to watch him assemble everything so quickly but with such attention to detail, you can definitely tell he has perfected his craft. The quality is so fresh, I can confidently say I found my go to sushi spot!

Just got back from celebrating our anniversary. The recommendations by Andrew on drinks and sushi were excellent and very fresh. Thank you to Andrew and the manager for the celebration drink. Will definitely be back!!

Hands down one of the best sushi experiences I’ve ever had! Every single roll was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared – you can truly taste the quality. Sitting at the bar made the night even more special. Executive Chef Adrian and Chef Sam were phenomenal – not only are they masters at their craft, but they made the experience engaging and fun. Our server, Allie, was also wonderful – so attentive, friendly, and accommodating to everything we needed, which really tied the whole experience together.

If you’re looking for top-notch sushi with an unforgettable dining experience, this is the place. We’ll definitely be coming back!
