Great donuts but CLEAN YOUR RESTROOMS! How can workers wash their hands if there is no soap? Asking for a friend. UPDATE TO ADDRESS REPLY FROM STORE: I didn't tell anyone there so you had 2 complaints. I am sorry and will change from 2 to 3 stars but you know that not only the soap issue but the cleanliness of the sink is a dept of health issue.

It was semi entertaining listening to the women yell at me the entire time I was getting my donuts, but the donuts themselves are black and black any type of flavor. Almost can't tell between a chocolate bar and a maple bar

4 starts? Must not have gone in the evening. I went here cause it was the last one open and I had a craving. Won't make that mistake again. Stale donuts and a smoothie I tossed on the way out. Went with the gut feeling on that one. The teenager was for sure pissed he had to work at work, especially 30min before close (just a guess but the 3 crushed big donuts in one small bag kinda gives it away) Nothing better than a chocolate flavored apple fritter. I don't blame him, I hate when people interrupt my scrolling too. Definitely stick with the happy valley spot if you have a choice (in the evenings for sure).

Amazing donuts! Fresh, soft, huge variety and soooo delicious! These are the best in Arizona! Dunkin could take lessons from these people! Really put Dunkin to shame! Soooooo good!

I love donuts and I love BoSa . Such a variety. Donuts and drinks and more. Like sandwiches and other meals. Drink venue has a plethora of selections. Service was great. Open later than most places. Better than the other place ;) my favorite are the strawberry cream cheese croissants!

Have not been in this building since the first week they opened.
Had a lot to do today came in to get a cup of coffee and a sandwich, I didn't know which one to pick. The person behind the counter was upset that I didn't know what I wanted. I thanked her for giving me my sandwich and my coffee she walked off without a word she just rolled her eyes at me. I don't need to come here I can get bad service anywhere.

i used to love this location because it was so close to my house and the staff were nice but i will no longer be coming here. the last few times i’ve ordered from here almost all the staff have had some sort of attitude , specifically this older lady she has continuously been rude to me for no reason. she’s made weird faces and called my drink “weird” when i ordered it , she has made the drink wrong multiple times and got mad when i told her she made it wrong. i tried to ignore these things but after today i will not be coming back! she was completely rude , she made us feel completely rushed and had an attitude , she wasn’t paying attention to what we ordered and she got an attitude when telling us she didn’t have medium drinks. i will not go to this location ever again , do not go here unless you want to be treated horribly!!
