I came in late on st. Patrick’s Day after the rush at the end of the night Jhon at the bar took good care of me the other bar tender was great to but Jhon took care of me he listened to my nonsense and actually cared thanks

My friend was denied entry for a friends birthday party unless she changed her previous review of the establishment. We will spend our money elsewhere! ? I am LGBTQ friendly, and my son dates a biracial gal by the way! Who I previously brought to your establishment. The person you threw out loves everyone including you she and and others would just like better service. I was there waiting for her while she was stopped and turned away. Walked out to ask what the problem was. When I found out I left. I ❤️ everyone and would never cause trouble. I am far from prejudice in any way.

First and last time. Three of us went, just left, sat outside. Our young waitress had zero personality. Took forever to get drinks and refills. Food took a good 45 minutes after order was placed and arrived pipping Cold. Overall food was below agerage, even for bar food. Our waitress was more or less non existant the entire time we were there. She eeceived a 5% tip time!!!

This is one of the best, if not the best venue to come to in Surprise. The staff is friendly, food is great and the overall atmosphere and entertainment is amazing. They offer lots of different options for all different crowds, karaoke, live music, darts, pool, and so much more. Highly recommend coming to BSII!

Horrible service. Good luck getting a beer. Bartenders are miserable. They absolutely do not appreciate their customers. Especially there loyal ones. For good service try the Mule or Irish Wolfhound right down the road.

This place just keeps getting better and better. We have been going on Thursday nights for two years. Our first review was eh, OK... and now I would say it's outstanding. Service staff are always attentive, wide food selections are well prepared (chicken strips and pizza very very good). Thursday is country music night and the live bands are the top talent in the area. Fusion and Cold Front some of the regular bands are very good and tight but a Shout out to last night's band Pocket Aces for authentic country. Very entertaining. One of our favorite places!!
