I’ve gone a couple times and each time is disappointing. The boneless wings are overcooked and hard and they are never covered in sauce. It’s like they barely pour any sauce over the boneless wings. You’d think they would be good at making wings considering that’s what they are known for. I’ll start going to native down the street for better wings.

Waited 10 mins for a host to show up at the podium to seat us. Once seated, no server showed up for 20 minutes. Ended up leaving

We were there on a Saturday evening for the fights. The restaurant was not too crazy when we arrived. It quickly filled up. We sat on one of the bench seats in the middle of the restaurant so we could see many tvs. Food was good service was ok at best, however it was pretty busy so maybe on a non event evening the service would be better.

I used to frequent this BDubs years ago and stopped coming when it was a franchise. We decided to give it a try on my birthday and was pleasantly surprised. I've been back 2 times since! I rated service and atmosphere lower because some some of the staff have been way better than others and looks like they are ripping up the floor and haven't fixed it. Other than that I've become a fan again.

I ordered the all you can eat boneless wings when they were brought to me. They were so hard. I couldn’t even put a fork in them. It was disgusting. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich which was disgusting. Also, I don’t think we’ll be going back to Buffalo wild wings, and surprise ever again and I will tell everybody I know about it

Why is it when it’s delivery they do as bad a job on the sauce as possible, and have someone check it and still missing things.

I ordered for pick up , I had ordered one ranch with my wings and they forgot it , I was gonna call but figured I’d probably just get an apology and I wasn’t about to drive back for 1 ranch and come back to cold food honestly I’m really pissed off about ot and I tipped 🤦♂️

As I read other comments regarding service, seems maybe management as well as upper management need to be replaced. Of all days, here on Mother's Day, my husband and I thought we were going to enjoy a night of great wings from BWW. As like everyone else, seated quickly, but no service. After 15 minutes another couple comes in with a gift basket for a waitress, they are seated in front of us and proceed to talk, still no service. She takes the basket to the back. We on the other hand are still waiting to see who will take our order. The waitress comes back, takes the order of the gift givers, tells them she will take our order after she does theirs. We get up and leave out. I came back in to make sure of who our server would have been, and was told Heidi 🤔- I said ok, so the same waitress who received the basket? They said yes.
A nice waitress, tells me not to leave and talk with management (Alexandra) although nice, she states she will talk with her, that's the best BWW can do. REALLY!! Get new everything or shut down, obviously what is there now is not working. Look at your reviews, do you think you are? 🤔

Tried their new specialty wing sauce, BBQ Ranch, and it was horrible. No kick, no bite, no taste, no kidding. Next time, I'll stick to the regular, established tastes and sauces.
