The food was good. The weekday evening bartender made the environment uncomfortable. He appeared super racist and his drinks sucked! At the end of the day i wouldn’t return for that reason alone. He made sure to go to every table at bar but ours and I was completely ok with that. He can keep the sour energy along with his nasty sour drinks. It’s ama ing how an employee can act as if they own an establishment. Anyways, if it’s works for him then I’ll let him be but not in my time or dime.

My recent visit was, unfortunately, extremely underwhelming. We sat at the bar and it was not busy, I was disappointed by the lack of attentiveness from the bartender. There was a noticeable absence of warmth or engagement, which diminished the overall atmosphere.
Our plates remained uncleared for the duration of our visit, were essentially overlooked. You could tell the bartender, Taylor didn’t wanted to be there.
On the bright side, the wings were good, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an extra wing.

So our order was wrong, but david I believe he’s the kitchen manager made it correct right away. He was super respectful and had no problem making it right. It was busy/close to closing time. I’m a server so is my woman and to get hospitality today like David showed us is almost unheard of. So thank you David I’ll be back my man!

Food was great, staff was friendly. However, my food was brought over 20 minutes after my mother's was. When we brought it up to the staff while I was waiting, they said that they bring it out from the kitchen as it's ready, and that if we want it brought out at the same time we should specify that in the future. I feel like if you go to a restaurant, sit in a booth with another person, and order food together, then it's pretty strongly implied that you want to receive your main dishes at the same time. I've literally never had this experience anywhere else. If they want guests to specify whether they want to receive their food at the same time or whether they're ok with one person waiting 20 minutes after the other person has received their food, they really should bring that up while the customers are ordering since that differs from the dining experience at the overwhelming majority of restaurants in the USA. Minus one star for the 20 minute wait, minus an additional star for the bad communication on their part.

hi, my name is Rodney Fleming. I am a current customer at the surprise Buffalo wild wings. There are two workers named Dave and Austin. They have the most worst attitude ever and I’ve been going there for a very long time and they were being really nasty and rude to a coworker. That was my server and her name was Aaliyah crew. she did awesome. She was an amazing server and she does really good at her job and she was really polite. I don’t see why you guys don’t give her a raise because she is with my server for a very long time and to see one of her coworkers go off on her just because she accidentally stepped on his shoe ! How pathetic is that? That’s so rude. The only thing you have to say It’s OK and then keep going on with your work. It’s busy there. It’s always busy. But just having to see that type of behavior is unacceptable those two should be fired. You guys need to have better employees and hire more professionals. That’s not gonna cause conflict at the job and be more respectful to employees. I’ve been going here for 15 years and I’ve never seen any behavior like that before Now it makes me not even want to be there. Because of those two men when I start conflict with a young little girl, and these men are older, picking at a younger girl, that’s the most pathetic thing I’ve ever seen Buffalo wild wings you guys need to do something about that immediately. The food was great. It’s always been great. It always comes out really hard. Ethan does a really good job and whoever cooks in the back does a good job but those two are really unprofessional Dave and Austin. Thank you.

I’m not sure if Buffalo Wild Wings is going down hill, or if it’s this location in particular. Went here around 9 pm for a friend’s birthday and the only seating available was high top, which, not ideal, but not a huge deal. Our waiter was friendly, but he seemed to be somewhat overwhelmed due to being the only one taking orders. We ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and received our entrees before even seeing the pickles. When we did receive them, however, they were all stuck together in a big clump and, when bitten into, the batter was soggy and wet 🤢 had to spit it out. I also ordered six traditional wings. Only received five! I also ordered the blackberry margarita. It was completely undrinkable and somehow tasted like cardboard?? Or something in it was expired. I’ve never had a margarita that terrible before. The wings for our table were extremely overcooked, salty, and dry. The boneless wings are slightly bigger than the size of a quarter. I used to really enjoy bww when I was younger, but lately, it’s been absolutely inedible. Really disappointed :/

Me and my family have been going to this Buffalo for at least 5 years now. We’ve seen many people come and go. Staff as well. And it has recently underwent a renovation that has really brightened up the place. Food is always amazing. But one person that stands out to me the most is Kaya. The moment we see her she is commanding the room with her resilience and hard work that is hard to miss. She is kind and makes our stay better every single time. If nothing else, she would be the reason of our return, because with her, we know we will receive outstanding service every time.

I picked up an online order tonight and got the worst wings I have literally ever ordered in my life. I didn’t open the bag until I got home or I would have never left with them. These were literally not even wings. They were all bite sized crunchy pieces of breading that were all completely inedible. Not to mention I ordered on a Monday night when it was completely dead and it took 10 minutes before someone even noticed I was there to help me out. Worst experience, worst food, worst service. Waste of money and I will never be back. Do not recommend coming here at all!
