Got exactly what I wanted.
Ordered delivery for a family of 3, food arrived cold & missing a side. Definitely not the same quality as the restaurants.
They told me it would be a 5-minute wait, waited 10 minutes for them to tell me the wings just dropped And that would be another 5 or 10 minutes.
Terrible went to drive thru and was asked to park & go inside for it will take 10 minutes for 1 order of mix seafood.
I ordered the Sweet Barbecue boneless wings with carrots, once it arrived I tried it and the wings were overloaded with sauce, more tangy than sweet and the chicken tasted processed.
This location always has issues. Missing food, wrong items, lost orders. No one ever answers the phone and the managers never take accountability.
Took 35 minutes to pick up an order. Only 3 other people in the restaurant
Absolutely the best service I’ve received from the manager Sara, in a long time. She went above and beyond to help my entire staff, and I out, will definitely be dealing with this location again!
If you order on the app don’t expect your food when it says. Expect to wait more than an hour. The last three times for two meals has taken over an hour, with one delivery taking two hours.
Guy working on Oct 23rd at 5:50pm had great customer service. Very rare nowadays to see a smile. Will be back. Definitely makes the experience when people act like kind human beings.

We were there during the UFC fight this last weekend. Our server, Aaliyah, was amazing. Even though it was hectic, she stayed on top of it. Loved her!!

This is just sad. I didn't know 10 pieces would be popcorn size. It's literally not worth the money you charge, and at this point, I'd call it false advertising.

100% ABSOLUTELY! THIS IS THE GREATEST IDEA EVER! And the staff are amazing everytime!! They always get the order right, in fact we drive further to this BDUBBs just because of the great experience every time.
