When I went to order I was treated as a burden, the place was not pleasant smelling and while I was waiting, one of the cooks had his gloves off and kept picking at food and eating while still tossing in sauce….when I got my wings they were stale like they were the last of a batch for earlier. So nasty

Great place. Good food and pretty fast compared to going to a full restarant. They didnt have bacon thawed for my burger though. The lady said morning shift never took it fron the freezer. We didnt get refunded for the extra charge.

The food tasted very old and stale. The chicken was undercooked. The fries were very bland. The ranch tasted fine. Service was just about as bad as you would expect from a fast food wing place yet when paying I still get asked for a tip when there was nothing done for me but take my order? Honestly Buffalo Wild Wings has gone severely down hill.

This is a take out only version of BWW. They do have some tables but there isn’t any of the usual service, so more like a fast food place. But if you just want some wings to take home this place is perfect. Just order online, show up at the specified time and check the sign for which cubby has your order. Quick and easy way to get some wings.

They need to get their act together in there! Orders are placed, we arrive and the orders are just sitting there and not even started! Then they laugh and think it’s funny.

Count your wings, they seem to always short you. Almost every time we do BOGO, the 30 piece is short by 3-4 wings. The wings are overcooked as well. Super crunchy, but dry chicken.

This location overall lacks on everything.

I am highly disappointed in my experience here. We came starving, hungry for wings and came hoping for some good food. The service was decent but the food was awful. The wings were so dry and not much taste. The drink machine only had a few drinks, because the rest were out of order, and out of the few drinks they had they were flat and had no syrup. They had no water and no paper towels. It was way over priced for the quality of our meals. I am truly saddened by my experience.
