I placed an order, not too large 58 dollars worth. I specifically asked for 10 traditional DRUMSTICKS only. I received 8 wings and 2 drumsticks. I went back and I knew they would say they're really busy. So I said I understand but you're busy enough to mess up my order but not busy enough to undercharge me. This is NOT the employees fault, it is a greedy management that has only 3 people trying to do the work of 6 or 8. Here's a picture of the 2 drumsticks and 8 wings.I will not be going back to this particular location. My advice is to check your order completely, open every box below you leave.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst restaurant/service experiences I've had in ten years. Absolutely ZERO customer service, not even a simple "hello, thanks for coming in." This is BWW GO, so most customers are probably ordering online and picking up. This is what I attempted and was told my order would be ready at 7:00p.I arrived a few minutes early and patiently waited. I saw at least 4 different employees while sitting there, and I was never greeted or acknowledged. At 7:10p one female employee called my phone regarding the order, never dawned on her to engage one of the 3 people inside the store. That would have been a moment for some interpersonal communication. When she realized she's calling me, because I answered from 15 feet away, she told me they don't have any traditional wings. Pretty sure no apology was offered and certainly no customer triage to potentially reduce the negative experience. I requested a refund and now have to wait 2-5 days for the funds to be returned. Too bad I can't get my time back.I will never try this BWW location again, and I will never recommend them to anyone. Management needs to rethink this location and the operation, because even in an era where many have lost that customer service & appreciation touch, this was abysmal - zero effort.

These people sat in the back talking for 5 minutes knowing I was there, once i asked for help they proceeded to laugh at me & talk shit. All I wanted was food...I ended up getting a refund cause after 25 minutes they still didn't manage to make a 10 pc. This was awful.

The food was really good. They forgot my mom's fried pickles but made it right. There is limited seating inside.Vegetarian options: Cauliflower wings.

I pre-ordered some hot wings for a group on Super Bowl Sunday today. I showed up at exactly the time I requested and my order was ready which was very impressive considering how many people had done the same thing. Great job and they look delicious!

Manager Jayla refused to take my order apparently overloaded with orders. She was short and didn’t even offer an alternative or a solution, very disappointed since this location is very close to my home. I had to place an order at a different location and I don’t understand how this location was even open if they refused to take orders. Jayla should find a different job if the orders are becoming too much for her.

1st time in there and won’t be back! Less than 5 minutes in there and that was all I needed. Dirty tables, and slow employees. The short amount of time that we were there, the only time we were approached was not with a “hello” or “welcome to bdubs” we got some chubby bozo come up to us just to let me and my girlfriend know that we can’t bring the empty yeti cups in with us. Usually in a customer service industry you don’t skip the greeting and go straight to “you can’t do this”.
I just can't rave about this place. We ordered two flavors of boneless wings and both tasted like someone had dumped a shaker of salt into them. Fries were soggy but the onion rings were good. I made an online order and it was placed on the rack on time but no one acknowledged me as I came to pick up or as I left. I'll think twice about going again... three stars may be me being a bit too optimistic.
