This location is friendly and clean. Whoever was working there 11/28/25 @11:30a is a great team player. Front was helping the back and vice versa to get the orders out quicker! Damien’s customer service is top tier. Their bagging is done professionally, not like other joints that throw everything in the bag. The sandwich lady builds them with care and speed unlike McDonald workers lol! They care about their work presentation!:)

Absolutely love this burger king even better is Randi I usually see him at the drive thru window and I Absolutely love him always so sweet and kind big smile make sure everything is perfect I just picked up my mobile order and the good is always super hot which is so perfect because I live 15 minutes away and this is the closest burger king to me, so it's really nice to be surrounded with fast kind really overall excellent service to the cooks Randi and the burger king staff on grand.

Was a little disappointed yesterday after ordering my food and sitting down to eat. I realized I got 3 small pieces of Lettuce and I got more onions and tomato. I went to let the crew member know, she asked me if I wanted to bring it back and have them remake it or if I would like more lettuce on the side which was kind of her, but I was on a time quench for I had to go back to work, crew member named Fran than offered me 2 cookies 🍪 and I settled for it. I told her I didn’t want to complain for I’m here daily and GM Denise is normally is the one who helps me, I told Fran I didn’t want her in trouble, I just like them to make it correctly. Fran said she will let GM know about my experience and will let GM know if two cookies go unaccounted for it was her, she had a really great attitude so I couldn’t be mad.I would never put no one on blast but The 2 new ladies in the kitchen sounded extra overwhelmed screaming,if I’m being honest the kitchen guy does a lot better along with the small lady and GM in the back.
I love this location it’s right by my work and the food amazing. Randy and Brody helped me out with my order. I will continue to come back.

We have been to this location several times and it's disappointment each time. Orders are never accurate, burgers and chicken are always dry and taste old. Fries are hit and miss. Service is ok. Only person at drive through and still told to wait up front. Pretty sure it's so the drive through can keep the wait time extremely low. Last order was the worst. Wraps are a waste of money. Just a tiny piece of chicken, overly sauced, very little lettuce wrapped in a tortilla which is makde to look full. Obviously, it's a piece of the chicken used for sandwiches. 🤨 Hard to spend almost $30 on a BBQ brisket burger with no onion period and is supposed to have an onion ring, and a few tiny strands of BBQ meat. Tried this place one too many times. This location needs a lot of help.
