They are always out of icecream (allegedly) sometimes i come and i am able to get a shake, which is the only reason i come anyway, but for the past few weeks they keep on saying that theyre out of icecream or the is machine not working and i just want a shake, man :(. I dont understand how you never have supply for something that has forever been on the menu, plus youre right by a school of kids who surely love icecream. So what the heck guys 🥲

Food was not good. Employees were friendly but unprofessional and unkempt. My mayo looked like it had been in the Sun all day. They were out of fries. Fries. A staple of a fast food burger joint. My daughters chocolate chip cookie would've cracked her tooth if she tried to eat it. It was so hard I could've thrown it at the window and shattered it. Avoid this location unless you want food poisoning or to visit your local dentist.

32 minutes and multiple cars (6) parked out front just to keep the drive thru numbers down is insane. Clearly stated from the manager working 12/11. Longest I’ve waited for “fast” food in my life. ****Avoid this location.

So, for the SpongeBob bikini bottom meal they told us they did not have the strawberry shortcake pie so we replaced with the hersheys pie for 2 of the meals, however once we leave and get home they did not provide them to us so I paid full price without getting these dessert items. I live to far to be driving back for this. It’s really not that hard to provide everything from the order as the store was not busy. Please ensure everything is in the order before providing it to the customer and sending them on their way.

This is THE best burger king experience I have ever had! The service was great, way more than I expected. The food (#1 with cheese) was perfect and the dining area and bathrooms were spotless! This is alot more than I expected from a fast food/burger joint.

Visited this store at 2pm and it was a bit chaos I asked the girl at the counter kindly just make the classic chicken with just mayo no lettuce tell me why when I got it and brought it back the White guy going to say that I should have said so. When clearly the girl who took my order said yeah it will be just mayo and she called it back as well. So I asked the guy his name and told me it was non of my business that he was the manager and than I asked him for his GM AND HE SAYS WE AINT GOT ONE like really they leave folks like this to run this place. All I know for sure is that Dysart and Grand have much better manners and customer service My Rating is Zero I DONT Recommend Manager is Horrible person to talk to customers so trashy

This Burger King is by far the Worse in Valley. I visited this establishment yesterday with my kids, I asked for the trio with some modifications and let me say what I got was not it. The smart as girl who claim to be Management needs to Quit if she hates her job that much! The employees are just as bad laughing and cutting jokes about my child’s allergies to pickles saying oh if she knew he couldn’t have it why come here. The fact that they found it funny if my son had an allergic reaction fired me up. Than the manager on duty says she couldn’t refund me she can give me chicken nuggets/ chicken fries or anything that didn’t have pickles. The order was simple a whopper jr with just mayo lettuce cheese and ketchup how damn hard was it to make. I never got my refund never got my child’s burger and got a 8 pc chicken fry stale cold and rubbery. Just note how you treat people will come back 10 folds I hope management sees this and helps there employee
