This is THE best burger king experience I have ever had! The service was great, way more than I expected. The food (#1 with cheese) was perfect and the dining area and bathrooms were spotless! This is alot more than I expected from a fast food/burger joint.

Visited this store at 2pm and it was a bit chaos I asked the girl at the counter kindly just make the classic chicken with just mayo no lettuce tell me why when I got it and brought it back the White guy going to say that I should have said so. When clearly the girl who took my order said yeah it will be just mayo and she called it back as well. So I asked the guy his name and told me it was non of my business that he was the manager and than I asked him for his GM AND HE SAYS WE AINT GOT ONE like really they leave folks like this to run this place. All I know for sure is that Dysart and Grand have much better manners and customer service My Rating is Zero I DONT Recommend Manager is Horrible person to talk to customers so trashy

This Burger King is by far the Worse in Valley. I visited this establishment yesterday with my kids, I asked for the trio with some modifications and let me say what I got was not it. The smart as girl who claim to be Management needs to Quit if she hates her job that much! The employees are just as bad laughing and cutting jokes about my child’s allergies to pickles saying oh if she knew he couldn’t have it why come here. The fact that they found it funny if my son had an allergic reaction fired me up. Than the manager on duty says she couldn’t refund me she can give me chicken nuggets/ chicken fries or anything that didn’t have pickles. The order was simple a whopper jr with just mayo lettuce cheese and ketchup how damn hard was it to make. I never got my refund never got my child’s burger and got a 8 pc chicken fry stale cold and rubbery. Just note how you treat people will come back 10 folds I hope management sees this and helps there employee

Moved to this neighborhood a few years ago. This is the only good bk in the area. (I LOVE BK, THEY ARE MY FAVORITE.) This the only one that always has fast service, fresh food, and friendly people.

Unprofessional….so I came through the drive through at 9:30pm asked for a impossible whopper and the lady said well it going to be a wait, then I said what about your mozzarella sticks and cheddar bites instead, she replied there’s gonna be a wait for those too. I responded okay if I wait then? Dead silence then she said I guess we can make them! I was like wow, don’t want to put you out, then left. Gosh don’t know what I ever did to deserve that. But anyway it happened. 🥲

Worst Burger King ive ever been to. Sat there for 4 orders. Before they had to refund my money. They suck !!!
Looks brand new, but sis fountain didn't work, ketchup dispenser was empty, and worst, I waited 4 minutes in an empty restaurant to get a cashier up front, and 13 minutes for my whopper Jr meal. I had to remind them for my coke, too. Kinda surprised at such poor service in an empty restaurant and at least 5 employees working... fries were stale but the burger was fresh. Overall, for $10, I would have rather gotten a granola bar and saved my money. Couldn't even refill my soda without waiting for someone to do it for me...

I love burger king this location was dirty all the windows and glass features all need a good cleaning. The food was great tasting but lacked presentation. The top bun was leaning off to the side and the lettuce was what felt like all end pieces, while crisp they were bulky and uncomfortable to eat.
