I ordered breakfast from this Burger King location using the app, and it was disappointing. I selected a decaf coffee, but when I arrived, they didn’t have it. The breakfast sandwich I ordered looked nothing like the picture, it was flat and it appeared to be missing some of the filling or it just didn’t have enough. It was tiny. I felt slightly taken advantage of and it felt like a gamble.

When you’re in a rush, in the morning, there’s no time to turn around and asked them to remake and whatever.

I don’t understand why the app offers items they can’t actually provide.

I’m Hoping for a better experience next time, but this visit missed the mark.

Burger Kings here in Surprise and El Mirage are so bad all the time: Ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches through the app on the way to school, pulled up through the drive thru to find our they’re out of sausage and bacon. That’s most of their breakfast menu. If your out of most of your menu turn off online orders til you can serve.

Ordered 4 whoppers and fries, and of those 3 of the whoppers buns were burnt. Restaurant wasn't busy at all, so no reason they should have been burnt.

Never ever have I seen a store so slow understaffed wait time in drive through is over 10 min no bs I backed out and left it’s Ben over 2 months since. Was last at this same store a the same problem time after time going on 2.5 yrs I’ve been going here for my folks . I don’t get it also the food is always sloppy doesn’t ever look like advertised and best of all all complaints are directed to corporate as in this BK like many others doesn’t give a crap about the customer service or quality of food nasty McDs is a much better choice and the managers need to quit because they are only there for a check no Fs given ! This store is a DIVE

I give the place 0.0 if possible. This is by far the worst BK on the planet! I went at 10am to be sure to get some fresh food for once(lunch start at 10am at this location). They made me wait around the front. Brought out a burger with a Bun you could have toss through a brick house. So messed up. Close this BK down! Please fire everyone. 100% of the time food is old and sucks. I'm soooo sick of it.
