My chicken sandwich patty is cut in half and missing half! Like what were they thinking? Did they not want to make a fresh patty and used one from a wrap?? Who does this? WHY did I pay full price when I got HALF. I went out of my way to go to this burger King out of loving this location but this is super annoying. Thanks BK.

We hadn't been to a Burger King in many years and decided to give it a try again. The Whopper is okay a little dry but that's partly my fault since I don't get it with ketchup. The fries were really salty. In the store needed a deep clean, there was a grease spot in front of the register that was very slick, we notified the cashier. 15 minutes later another customer mentioned it as well.

I've never ordered a wrap from Burger King, but if this is all there is, I don't think I will again. The other wrap we ordered had a smaller piece of chicken.

Why are breakfast sandwiches in the morning and fries in the afternoon pre-made sitting in the heater for service. People are all nice but I'm over it.

BODILY DISCHARGE ON BAG!I visited on 12/27/23 later in the day to get food for my wife and I. Firstly, manager Alexa handle our food and bag (The manager whose neck was covered in hickies). When handed the bag, I felt something slimy. Upon further investigation, there was a glob of clear, bubbly, sticky liquid on the bag resembling some sort of bodily discharge. I immediately brought my order back into the restaurant for a refund. The employees tried to suggest it was mayonnaise until I showed them it was clearly not that. Manager Alexa had to be called out of the bathroom for her password for the refund (A food safety violation to have the headset on in the bathroom by the way). Alexa proceeded to dismiss my claim and said it was glue, eventually giving me a refund. She then took the bag over the counter into the kitchen (Another food safety violation, possibly affecting other customers orders).I have worked many years in the food service and hospitality industry, from in restaurants to corporate offices, and I have never seen a manager lack as much customer service and integrity as Alexis did. This is a clear failure of upper management to allow this behavior of their managers. It is a sickening thought to wonder what Alexa may have been touching to get a clear, sticky liquid on our bag. This will be the last time I will be eating at Burger King, and I will be encouraging my friends and family to do the same given this experience.

I came into the this location and I asked if they took Apple Pay, they said no and I asked if their app does they said no we don’t take the app. I sat down pulled up the app and their location literally pulled up, then one of the girls comes out to tell me again they dont take the app and I even showed her and she said sorry we don’t. Clearly they don’t know the app and now I have 2 little girls that played back to back soccer games even more hungry.

This place deserves 0 stars. The food doesn't taste fresh and they always have excuses on why they can't cook food. Customer service is horrible. This location should close down indefinitely.

Food would be better if it was actually fresh. Ordered a medium fry and a large fry. Both had the same amount of fries. Did not receive a receipt. The girl who handed me the food held the bags against her chest. Gross.

Unreal. We received some pretty bootleg service from a new employee which is understandable, but apparently this location doesn't accept gift cards which is pretty ridiculous and needs to get fixed for sure. But this gentleman working there named Prince offered to pay for our meal since it was unfair of the location to not take gift cards. Love you bro, he made my day. Give this man a raise or a bonus or something
