Growing up I had mediocre experiences with BK and mostly avoided their chains and food. Around 2007 something seems to have changed and their food got better. I love their mocha Iced coffee. So much better than over priced and watered down Starbucks & Blackrock. Their burgers, fries and even nuggets got better. Now I won't think twice about stopping by and grabbing some take out. Their whoppers are delicious, fresh and don't seem to be filled with preservatives, unlike the golden arch boys. Prices are also reasonable, although climbing.

YIKES! I came in recently to order my food and the management was just terrible. I used to come every tuesday with my wife to order food and we never remember the management being this bad we waited for about 30 minutes for our food which was surprisingly because we ordered 2 whopper meals and we did request for it to be fresh but we didn’t expect our food to take that long. Our food was just sitting there for about 10 minutes until which seemed to be their boss noticed me waiting patiently for my food. Not only did we wait 30 minutes but the lobby was filthy and seems to have an infestation of flies. It was DISGUSTING to see my food that I waited for quite a while to have about 7 flies on my food. I really hope new management takes over this place because I was very disappointed with my last visit.

Food was fresh and flavorful as it usually is but something about the new management here is off. I came in for my everyday order a whopper with cheese. I simply asked for a number 1 just the whopper and the speaker on the intercom said with extreme attitude to just say whopper next time. I don’t know if it is too hard to understand what I am saying but it seemed that way with her. At the window I was greeted by a younger gentleman who was very enthusiastic. I asked him where their manager was and he had told me she left and we are under new management. I hope they bring back their old manager because the new one doesn’t have any costumer service skills at all. Will not be coming back until changes are made.

I have never written a review before but I felt the need to write one. I am an older gentleman and I come to this Burger King a lot. Everything is usually fine until recently. The food has been okay sometimes it is better but the new management does not seem to be working. I used to come say hello to all the workers and socialize when getting food. It seems like there is a new owner or manager because she is just absolutely rude and intolerable. I was asking for my food to be heated up more in the drive thru because it was a little cold and she slammed the drive thru window in my face and proceeded to give extreme attitude! She needs to be fired!

Called in to see if I could place an order over the phone. Gave a brief answer than hung up before I could ask if they were busy / had a line.
went into store and they flip flopped my order. No customers were in the building so theres no reason to be messing up an order like that.

this review is for Sat 6/7 at 12:20, First I will say the two men at the counter was very friendly and customer service driven. Great job.. But restaurant was a mess. I have seen road side gas statins cleaner than this location. Very unsanitary. This was not just from recent customers, but days old build up and dried.

Finance and I stopped in to redeem our crowns, the chicken patty’s were hard, litterally chipped my tooth, could of been intentional I’m guessing because the staff couldn’t seem to get it right, and didn’t seem to take us serious sense we were using our rewards. although the orders were submitted online when we came to the window they still tried charging us.

Yuck! Ordered a fish sandwich meal, whopper jr, small fries and original chicken sandwich. Brown lettuce, yuck! The whopper junior looked like a damn kids slider, topped with a green tomato and brown lettuce. My fried were topped off with fresh fries, but the base was definitely those gross ass one that had been sitting. And the fish sandwich. Good lord, didn’t look anything like the picture, was breading with one sort of fish filler, I don’t know, but it too was topped with brown lettuce.
What a joke. You got three stars on the atmosphere because the table clean for once, but the drink station was stick as hell and that ketchup pump is nasty, just toss it, you don’t have ketchup cups anyway.
It didn’t take eons to get it so the service was ok, but for real the food wasn’t worth the money at all.
Ordered the $30 bundle that includes 16 nuggets. Picked up through drive through, got home to realize we did not receive the nuggets. Attempted to call the store and when you got option 4 to speak to someone it immediately hangs up in you. Very disappointed. Now I have to go out of my way to retrieve the nuggets.

I rarely leave reviews but as a previous fast food store manager , I have too. I WISH I would've gotten then closing manager for Mondays because she was amazing. She dropped everything fresh. This was probably one of the cleanest stores I've been too and her attitude all around was amazing . These are the managers who should be promoted and who need a raise. Great customer service is hard to come by these days thank you honey bun
