Yuck! Ordered a fish sandwich meal, whopper jr, small fries and original chicken sandwich. Brown lettuce, yuck! The whopper junior looked like a damn kids slider, topped with a green tomato and brown lettuce. My fried were topped off with fresh fries, but the base was definitely those gross ass one that had been sitting. And the fish sandwich. Good lord, didn’t look anything like the picture, was breading with one sort of fish filler, I don’t know, but it too was topped with brown lettuce.
What a joke. You got three stars on the atmosphere because the table clean for once, but the drink station was stick as hell and that ketchup pump is nasty, just toss it, you don’t have ketchup cups anyway.
It didn’t take eons to get it so the service was ok, but for real the food wasn’t worth the money at all.

This location constantly forgets items that I paid for. Always check your bag before you drive off.
Ordered the $30 bundle that includes 16 nuggets. Picked up through drive through, got home to realize we did not receive the nuggets. Attempted to call the store and when you got option 4 to speak to someone it immediately hangs up in you. Very disappointed. Now I have to go out of my way to retrieve the nuggets.

I rarely leave reviews but as a previous fast food store manager , I have too. I WISH I would've gotten then closing manager for Mondays because she was amazing. She dropped everything fresh. This was probably one of the cleanest stores I've been too and her attitude all around was amazing . These are the managers who should be promoted and who need a raise. Great customer service is hard to come by these days thank you honey bun

They open at 6am. Why is it that when I get here at 630am no one's here to answer? I see that they are open but they're just hiding. 2nd time this week to waste my time.
Mindy gives me hope in the food industry. Finally, someone who is kind and takes pride in their work. I had just met her today and she treated me like I was family. Made sure my coffee was extra chocolatey (mocha), asked me how I was doing, and was honestly just a gem. I hope everyone who works there can learn from her cause she sets the bar high for customer service. Thank you for being you, Mindy! I’ll definitely come to this location while you’re working here.
This burgerking is terrible I have had problems with wrong orders, rude customer service, missing items, and having to pull around and wait for my items EVERY time. Please close this place or get new managers it's terrible.

This is the absolute best BK I’ve been to … always friendly and they serve a good product.

This place is a joke that isn't funny. I ordered a bacon King, fries and onion rings, and a chocolate shake. They didn't have the chocolate shake, but they still advertise it. They didn't have onion rings. They don't have cheese for the burger, according to them. So what do they sell there?
And plus, if you put in a mobile order like I did, you have to talk to customer service because there's nothing they can do.
Stay away until they actually start selling what's on the menu.
