My prescription was not ready to be picked up so I went to Burger King to wait. Everyone always has such bad things to say about our teenagers, well, my experience was a good one. I was in great pain. 3 of the teenagers sitting across from me asked if they could help me in any way? I had received my food but some condiments and napkins were missing. They stopped what they were doing and got me what I needed. They told me anything at all. What the kids did not know was the fact I was a retired teacher. I saw they had their notebooks opened and were attempting to figure out what was needed for their assignments. I spoke up and asked what help could I bring? All 3 boys showed me how far they had gotten, not far. I took each boy separately and explained what he needed to do. I spent more time on their assignment to explain what was missing. They asked me lots of questions which I responded. Over 2 hrs. went by. Before they left I asked to see all 3 reports. They were neat, legible, content was interesting, in other words, a great report. They had to leave and thanked me so much to give my time to them to do well. I told them it was because of their kindness to my needs. My prescription was ready at this point, so I got up to leave as well. The 3 boys helped retrieve my Caine, took my arms and opened the door for me so I would not fall. I told them I hope we meet again. Here were 3 kids who never thought they would end up helping a senior citizen that day. I shall always remember the 3 boys who were sympathic to my situation. Thank you.Parking: Surprise, nicely lit, lots of parking, handicapped parking accessible, very clean, employees friendly, great place to tke a family watching prices. Very reasonable.Kid-friendliness: All I can day is read my experience with 3 boys who were so very helpful to me .Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance was wide enough to carry anyone in a wheelchair.

Out of pretty much everything, had to go to location on Grand. Must be on track to close this location and turn it into a Filiberto's.
Took my grand kids to Burger King on Greenway in Surprise and ordered 2 kids meals. They had 1 cookie and offered us extra fries. I said, "I can't give one of them a cookie do you have anything else sweet." No, "I have extra fries" was her response. They choose Burger King because of the cookies. Would have been a good idea to make sure they have been ordered or replace with something kids would like.Kid-friendliness: Make sure you have cookies.

I got 3 plain burgers. However, one of the bottom buns came with a bite mark taken out of it. I used to frequent this location, a mistake I'll never make again.Anyone who reads this should be aware that this establishment is likely not safe to eat at and should STRONGLY consider alternative options. We love Burger King, but I don't see how I can say they can be trusted when such disgusting actions are taken by the workers of this establishment. To be honest, it shakes my trust in Burger King as a whole.What's most sad is that I got these for my 55 year old mom and she is the one who was subjected to whatever these workers did to the food. Not happy and honestly will never go again after going twice a week in the past.
