The burritos are really tasty. Service is typically fast. Horchata and Jamaica drinks are temporarily out of service.

We've been a few times now and when the food is good it's really good, but it's hit and miss. Same for the service. Wish the consistency was better, would love to give 5 stars.

Did an online order of 2 steak street tacos with a side of rice and beans. Unfortunately I was also charged for 2 rice and beans. I ended up being overcharged because I picked 2 tacos as the quantity and then added the rice and beans. If you do it this way, you also get charged for two rice and beans but only get one. I didn’t realize this until looking at the menu again later. What a rip off!
Speaking of the rice, it was dry and had a weird aftertaste almost like some sort of cleaner. The beans were ok. I also ordered a fountain drink and had to throw it out because it tasted like cleaner. The steak was the only good part of the meal. With a drink that tasted like cleaner, two street tacos, and a side of beans and very dry rice, it came to over $20! That’s obscene!

This was our family's first time. We got the Surf and Turf burros, which are supposed to have chipotle sauce, salsa fresca, and house sauce, but they were DRY!!
The meat was good, but I didn't see a drop of sauce on them. I think they probably forgot to put any sauce at all on them.
I sent an email to the address on the receipt a couple of days ago, but I haven't heard back.

Way overpriced for what you get. We’ve come here a few times and thought the food was just okay, nothing to write home about but each time the quality has lessened. We ordered two burritos for almost $30, one of which was a chimi-style burrito and by the time we got home our entire bag and napkins were completely drenched in oil via seeping through the container. It was almost like they used a ladle to get my burrito from the deep fryer instead of a basket. My entire burrito tasted like JUST oil. Also, the salsa is hit or miss. The red has a weird off taste. The green is okay.

Better than expected! The fried crunchy chicken taco was delicious!! The bean burrito was cheesy and the beans tasted homemade. Both were huge! Excited to go back and try their breakfast burros.

Not a place I regret going to but not a place I'd visit again. The portions and food were decent, though it kinda left me wanting more in the seasoning department. Worth a try though

The customer service here just isn’t good. We ordered through the drive thru and whoever was taking our order wasn’t pleasant and you could tell was irritated. There was nobody else here so I didn’t understand the frustration. And then when we got to the window we asked for extra salsa, the girl rolled her eyes and said ‘K’ and then shut the window. And then proceeded to give us 2 of them for our order that had over 7 items. I am not one to complain like this but this isn’t the first or second time something like this has happened here. I was refused salsa an hour and a half before closing the last time I was here. I’m not sure why customer service gets so lost in translation.
