I was hoping this place was good, concept seems good. Unfortunately it was not good at all. Customer service was definitely lacking, restaurant was weirdly quiet. Had Mom's Fries, fries with beans, chili Verde and cheese. Very sloppily assembled, did not look appealing and it was not good. Pork was dry, no flavor or heat. The medium red salsa tasted like it was made with water from a dirty hose. Not good.

Food quality is inconsistent. Had really good carne asada fries and I have had some that the fries were overdone/rock-hard and the carne asada was cold. Service is terrible. One time at drive through staff were laughing/distracted and I had to repeat order several times. Then when waiting at the window they were all on their phones and yelling at each other. Another time they forgot about my wife at the window for over 15 minutes and she had to get their attention and they were surprised someone hadn’t already collected payment/given her the food. Then after correcting that they forgot the drink and closed the window and went off socializing again and wife had to knock on window again to get her drink and to top it off they were rude to her about it. Never going again.

Good and not so good.Let's start with the good.1. Best guacamole at a non sitdown restaurant I've had. Tasted fresh and seemed to be without preservatives, as it browned pretty quickly. But to me this is awesome.2. The steak in my street taco was awesome. Great flavor and tender. All you can ask for. Most joints offer tough (presumably cheap meat), but burros and fries shined here.3. Fries. The fries were cooked fresh and trust me when I say, large enough to share. I would say 1 order is more than 2 large drys anywhere else. Unfortunately they did commit a cardinal sin with the fries and served them without being salted. Might be a preference for me, but unsalted fries are criminal. The not so good....1. Chicken. I ordered a chicken SD BOWL, and for as good as the steak was, the chicken was bad. Honestly tasted like it was made in a large batch several hours before. It was tough and had a coating baked on, probably whatever it was sauteed with, but in any case not a fan of the flavor. It was bad enough I didnt eat but a few pieces. Someday might try for a fresh batch to compare, but the steak was so good, I doubt it.2. SD BOWL. I like a good bowl. However there shouldn't be water soaking the bottom. I could literally pour the water out. Just made the whole thing a wet soggy mess. My guess they either used a unslotted spoon to put a juicy portion of pico de gallo on, or what seemed more likely given the amount of water, they poured the last of the pico de gallo on straight from a container, water and all.3. Sauces. I'm a sauce person. I like a good red and green sauce. I didnt like either. For comparison sake, I enjoy both red and green sauce from FILABERTOS.The So soService. Pretty long wait, which can be ok if that time is used to prepare fresh food. This was true in some cases, but not true in others (chicken). Also use the long wait to get drinks out. Wasted time getting drinks out after the wait for food.Cost for 2 of us was $40. So pretty expensive, although we did mistakenly get 2 orders of fries (wont do that again), and I normally wouldnt get the taco and an SD BOWL. removing those things would have dropped the price to about $30, or $15/person.

It's very disappointing to see that after only being open a few months this restaurant has already taken a turn for the worse. The young staff were much to busy visiting behind the counter to be attentive to customers. The beans in the bean & cheese burrito were dry and flavorless. My vegi quesadilla was a mess in the container. The tortilla was so soggy it was as though it was raw. The rolled tacos, beef, had no flavor and only partially cooked. The salsa was so bad you couldn't eat it.We have eaten at this location several times, each time it has gotten progressively worse. When this location opened my husband was thrilled and wanted to eat there once a week. I will not be going back after this visit.Vegetarian options: so so 1. Do not get the vegi quesadilla

I am obsessed and this is our "go to" place now! I love the chicken rolled taco + bean cheese burrito deal. My son loves the cheese quesadilla + frys kids meal and I think k it tastes great too. All the food tastes fresh and doesn't sit heavy in your stomach like similar places. The food has been cooked perfectly too. I definitely recommend this place a try!!! I wanna try more stuff.I have been meaning to take a picture, but I eat it too fast ??

I tried this location out for the first time today and was happy with the food and service. I got the surf and turf which was extremely tasty and my dad got the fish tacos. He enjoyed the fish tacos, but mentioned he wished it was made with white flour tortillas instead of the yellow. Great variety of salsas and drinks.

Super clean establishment. The staff were friendly too. I really liked the chicken. Wasn't processed chicken, but real flavorful, expertly cooked and juicy chicken!

This was me and my husband first and last time here. I wanted mexican food but I should have gone to my normal spots. Definitely wouldn't recommend them.

Similar to hilabertos or Filabertos with better sauces and rolled tacos that look just rolled. Have gotten my order wrong a couple times, they love guacamole, and I do not! No problem they remade it right away and brought it to e and apologized, been here multiple times staff is always friendly.

Good selection of some interesting burritos, bowls, etc. Typical atmosphere of a fast food provider but the service at the counter could have been better - the young lady that took our order didn't seem to be able to answer a question or two about some of the offerings, didn't try to engage with the customers or even be courteous. A better attitude could have made our time there more enjoyable.

4 burritos.$52.00All breakfast burritos where the bar is eggs.My daughter got all fancy and dared to add papas. Meanwhile, i ordered a burrito with less toppings. No joke, it took 20 minutes. I'm down for a great burrito. It was mid.Even when talking to the girl at the window it seemed like we were making her work more difficult. That sucks. I'm from a place where the best burrito is king. It's a shame on the owners that it gashes 30 minutes for mid level food.Hopefully this doesn't seem like a ranting karen. But, I believe the staff at this location is overwhelmed, undertrained, and poorly managed. There was no quality problems in regards to safety or cleanliness. However, between the time it took and the price.... nope
