This location has gone downhill. Tonight our food was made incorrectly in the drive-thru, and on top of the lettuce we said no to, we found a dead MOTH. We called customer service and got a refund.

Whoever was working on 07/02/25 around 12:45 PM should not be representing your business. Terrible for customer experience. I’d avoid this location entirely. Management seriously needs to train the staff on basic customer service.

Came in around 12:45 PM on 07/02/25, and the staff couldn’t have looked more miserable. Not a single greeting or acknowledgment—we just turned around and left. You might want to consider replacing that crew. With service like this, you’re definitely going to lose customers.

The staff here seemed really unhappy. We walked in and weren’t greeted or acknowledged at all, so we ended up leaving. It wouldn’t hurt to hire people who actually want to be there—very unprofessional experience.

Tortilla soup is amazing and healthy, however I've ordered it multiple times and they have forgotten to give me the tortilla strips of all things lol numerous times

I asked for a black bean taco. Easy on the beans and easy on the rice. There was so much rice and beans the whole taco blew up and all the food fell out the bottom. So soggy. I ended uo throwing 3/4 of it away. And they charged me 6.00 for that. What a rip off. Never again
