Not as good as it used to be. Meat is super dry and I wanted Pico and cilantro on my tacos... cilantro was not cut up and I got a majority of just the stem.

Nothing personal here, but I’ve had better burritos elsewhere (Chipotle). I was disappointed because I had high expectations of Cafe Rio being that it is a chain restaurant. I expected the chicken burrito to be flavorful, but the option items I chose didn’t taste like it’s been marinated well especially the meat. The entire package seemed plain. That’s why I gave a lower rating. Also, I was hoping to have some hot sauces on the side but did not see that as an option when I ordered online and in person there were no empty cups or lids. Most likely, i won’t be back for this shredded chicken burrito. It was mostly filled with rice. Some of the pros were the large size burrito and the decent amount of fillings. They didn’t shy away from that.

Staff are extremely unpolite and if you can't get my order correct, why would I come back? Well, I'm not.

We got the carne asada bowl. It was so good. Must I say it... it was better than Chipotle. We ordered a large chips and dip and the chips was a lot, but they really should give a larger size in salsa Verde and guacamole(that's where Chipotle wins).

Dante is the best! Energy is amazing! He seems to be runnning the store and overall brightened up the building!!!!!!

TERRIBLE!!! Never go to Waddell Rd in Surprise. They don't know how to read an order. Spent over $200 on a catering order. They can't read obviously. They won't come out to correct it. We're not driving back because of their mistake. Terrible terrible people. The staff needs to all get fired. ZERO STAR OPTION PLEASE
