This location has gone downhill. Tonight our food was made incorrectly in the drive-thru, and on top of the lettuce we said no to, we found a dead MOTH. We called customer service and got a refund.
I really feel like this location is going downhill. I believe I’m going to stop going. I have been going to Cafe Rio for over 20 years. It is unfortunate that this is how I feel. I think there needs to be some changes in the culture of this store. The food is skimpy. There’s no reason.
Steve is truly a gem. He worked so carefully on my food and was incredibly intentional. I really appreciate that! I do echo other commenters saying that it would be nice if the cilantro was cut smaller. Overall though, my food was tasty and the joyful customer service provided by Steve really made this visit a stand out for me!
