The manager Michael is absolutely awesome! My family and I have been eating at cafe rio for as long as the Redlands location has been open and it’s absolutely the best it has ever been. The crew are always friendly but Michael is just a pleasure, he is always happy, friendly and above all a great example to all his fellow employees.
I love Cafe Rio. Been eating a Cafe Rio for years now. The Sweet Pork Barbacoa is some of the best I've ever eaten. The medium green Hatch Chili is not hot by any stretch but the flavor of it is out of this world. I usually get either the burrito or the enchiladas but either way my favorite is definitely the sweet pork. I would so highly recommend Cafe Rio it's very different from traditional Mexican food.
