Have always been a fan of Zupas, lately the new menu items have been a huge miss, and now the service has been terrible from multiple experiences. Always order on the app for drive thru pick-up and the last couple of times it has taken 30+ mins from the time of order to get food, and this last time after 30 mins of waiting at the location I went inside to ask the staff where my order was and they wouldn’t even talk to me. Zupas we had a good run but I will not be visiting your establishments anymore.

FOOD SAFETY ISSUE!! Read till the end, unlike the person whom replied to this review. Normally a favorite stop for me. My only bad experience ever, a few months ago, the manager on duty completely resolved my issue. Because I worked in food management and I know things happen I’m not one to complain. This evening, our sandwiches were tasty, perfectly made, and super fresh. The soups were just as wonderful. My chocolate dipped strawberry that I always look forward to had never been washed before dipping. This is a food safety issue for me. The strawberry was still full of mud. When I peeled off the chocolate, mud was even stuck to the inside of the chocolate that was against the strawberry. I’m soooooooo bummed one of my favorite stops seems to take a pass on food safety. There’s no way this strawberry had been washed, I will include a photo………

I’m honestly so pissed by this cafe Zupas location. I’ve come twice and ordered a Dubai strawberry cup. The first time no pistachio or kataifi. And then the second time just chocolate melted over strawberries, so we went back to have it fixed and they only added the pistachio and pistachio cream, no kataifi added again. These cups are expensive and to be paying for stuff I’m not getting is frustrating. Will never be coming to this location again.

This was my first time at Zupas and it was really good. I had the southwest avocado protien bowl and it was delicious. The staff is outstanding and the place was real clean and welcoming.

Ordered online. Try 2. Days complimentary sides baguette and strawberry. Nope. After waiting in line then parked for almost 20 minutes neither order had those. Ordered Italian sandwich and got ham and cheese. Think I’ll go elsewhere when I get off Kate and just want to grab something on the way home

We placed an online order tonight and we live only about 5 minutes away. My husband went to pick up our order (rice bowls) and waited in the pickup spot for a long time. Someone finally came out and told him they were out of rice, but said they could substitute wild rice, so my husband agreed. Then they went back inside… waited again… and someone came out again and said they were also out of wild rice and the only option was greens/lettuce. My husband was disappointed and irritated (understandably), but stayed polite and said fine. Then they just stopped coming out completely. He sat there waiting while they continued taking care of other customers, and he finally had to go inside himself. The employee then acted like it was no big deal and said “Oh here’s your food” with zero apology and zero urgency. Also, we paid for double ingredients on the order (which isn’t cheap), and they didn’t even give us the extra ingredients we paid for. On top of all that, the meal wasn’t good. I even tipped $4. This location is consistently slow and honestly just terrible. Very disappointing experience.

One of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. Food all over several empty tables and booths, trash on the ground etc.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Italian sandwich and salad spot is a true gem. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, from the bread and produce to the high-quality meats and cheeses. The sandwiches are generously filled and packed with authentic Italian flavor, and the salads are crisp, vibrant, and anything but boring. The dressings really stand out—perfectly balanced, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. You can tell they take pride in using fresh ingredients and doing things the right way. A great place for a satisfying, delicious meal that never disappoints. Highly recommended!

Refreshing change with healthy food. Sandwich and salad was a true delight!! Fresh ingredients and great flavors. Process was a little slow and that is to be expected if you want fresh healthy food, it is worth the wait!! This was my first time in and I will definitely put this little Cafe on my go to list!!

Cafe Zupas is normally one of my favorite places to grab a quick meal, which is exactly why I brought friends here while they were in town. Unfortunately, this location completely ruined that experience.
The employee who took our order, Ally, was rude from the moment we walked up. When she asked white or brown bread, I was reading my usual order straight off your menu on my phone and said “Italian.” Her response was, “Yeah well that’s white so,” with a nasty, dismissive attitude that was completely unnecessary.
It somehow got worse at the end. I ordered a cheesecake and watched her drop it on the plate, then still serve me that same piece even though it was missing a chunk, rather than simply grabbing a new slice. It came across as careless and lazy.
Between the attitude and the lack of basic care with food, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Super embarrassing when you’re trying to show friends a place you usually love. I won’t be coming back to this location.
